My husband & I have lunch at Bertucci's in Waltham frequently. Most of the time, we order from the lunch menu. I ordered the pepperoni menucci (which comes with a salad and rolls) and my husband had a sandwich and salad. I asked our server is she could please mention to the chef to be 'generous' with the pepperoni (as it's been a bit on the scarce side sometimes) and it came out great! The salad is plentiful, as are the rolls. With the Coronavirus upon it, the restaurant wasn't full as it usually is for lunch, but the staff was still very friendly and helpful. We will continue to enjoy this establishment. Oh, and they started a rewards program (something I suggested a long time ago. Sorry I missed all of those rewards!)

My only issue was having to wait about 20 minutes for a table, even with a reservation. Once seated, everything was fine.

We all enjoyed our meals, especially the risotto and chicken Parmesan. Rolls were also hot and delicious. Our server was great! Nice that we could make a reservation since it was busy on Saturday night.

Glad to see that they participate with Open Table which makes reserving a table very easy. Our service was friendly and are waitress was very attentive. Food quality was excellent and quick. Altogether a very pleasant meal.

Should have left right after we walked in the door. Manager and Assistant Manager were unkept, and just plain sloppy looking at the front door. It was obvious that we would be the last table of the night as the restaurant was mot busy and we were taken to closest table to door.

Soup was tasteless, salad was okay, two pizzas were horrible. We watched the server apply the prosciutto to one of our pizzas in plain site of us. No gloves, pulling the meat apart and dropping on the pie, wipes his hands on his pants and picks up pizza to deliver. Oh, and before he started preparing the pizza he was washing tables. That pie was untouched.

Final straw was when my Son was watching the cook (open kitchen). Don’t know what he saw but he dropped his pizza and said ‘I’m done and everyone else should be too.’

Would never come back but thank you for reconfirming why we do not select chain restaurants to eat at. Absolutely disgusting and never worth the money you leave on the table.

Just atrociously slow service. Food came out way late and not together. Drinks we asked for not brought over. One party member was so disgusted she didn’t want to eat her meal simply out of frustration.

Seated at right time but they didn't acknowledge reservation. Took forever to have drinks and food served. We were there for over 2 hours and it wasn't by choice, the service was so slow. The waitress was nice but had to ask for the bill and then had to hand to to her after she passed table multiple times. When we pointed out that a meal wasn't as described we were told we were mistaken.

A terrible experience—we were seated for 20 minutes and no one served us. We complained and still no response. We finally just got up and left and I don’t think they noticed.
I’m not blaming the servers, but I do blame management! What a disaster!!!!!

Made a reservation, but when we arrived the unfriendly staff acted as if they didn’t have a reservation for us. They then acknowledged our reservation but said they had no tables and we would be the next seated. After waiting 10 minutes with no updates we inquired and were told we wouldn’t be seated for 40 minutes (50 minutes after our reservation time). I love bertuccis but I’m done with this location.

It took well over an hour to get our food. We ordered simple pasta dishes and a pizza so it was confusing as to why it took so long. Our waiter was friendly, it was just that the wait for our food was kind of a drag and did not make for the best experience.

We used the Bundle of 4 Special for $49.95 but nobody at the restaurant knew what that was. They had to google the offer so marketing did a bad job of informing the restaurants about the special. I had to explain what it was. After all the confusion, everything went just fine and the food was delicious. Initially we waited a long time for service as there was some confusion as to who our server was. We waited 15 minutes for drinks which came after our salads but before we had silverware. The first 20 minutes of our experience was annoying but after everything was straightened out the service and the food was excellent!!

Six of us for dinner. Service was awful. Waited a long time for drinks, asked for water, after45minutes, I had to get up and ask again for water. My pizza came out wrong, they did make another for me to take home, but all in all I wouldn’t go back. The service was painfully slow. I’ve eaten at many Bertucci’s restaurants in MA...never had experience like this.

It was meh. My colleague and I got the same meal, the chicken broccoli ziti. Neither of us really liked it. It wasn't very good. Others enjoyed their meal. Service was good. Maybe just that particular dish. I have had good meals here other times, but just not this time

The food was fine for something quick while traveling. The quality of food was not as remembered from years ago. The pizza was fair and parts of the antipasto lacked flavor and presentation. It was not a horrible experience, we just wouldn’t rush back or include it as a top choice in the future. In addition, they were slow to report opentable points and we had to write in to inquire. Eventually the points were awarded

I went to bertuccis at the reserved time of 7:00. Only for them to tell me I did not have a reservation and could wait 30 minutes if I wanted a table. Staff was rude and I was told I would need to contact open table with the problem

Service problems made an otherwise fine meal a disappointment. We actually had to collar our server as he avoided contact so we could place our order ... 20 minutes after drinks arrived. Food on the table 45 mins after seating. Makes for an anxious meal.

Food is good. Business chat clearly audible from next table.

Seems like the restaurant is still struggling.
