   We arrived just before Noon, and were surprised at how few customers were there. We ordered a big lunch, and the food arrived quickly. We shared an nice artichoke dip appetizer, and a roasted vegetable pizza which was particularly good, with lots of veg.

   Robert was our server and he did a fabulous job of returning to our table often to be sure we had everything we wanted. He was personable and friendly, as well!

   Bertucci's is very consistent and great food. Large portions. Always good..

   Fantastic experience for our group of 18. Great service and food. Make sure to inquire about the number of checks when you’re seated - with a large group you may be (understandably) asked to minimize the number of checks.

   We had a bowling dinner there and everything was perfect. The food, service, great price, and very accommodating. We also celebrated Birthday Party there also.

   Waitress was slow and erratic but very nice. She was the only server on so she did her best.

   Too much loud chatter from servers sitting down with a diner behind me. The service, generally, at all Bertucci’s is disorganized at best. No one greets you when you walk in; the servers don’t come to the table often enough even when there are few occupied tables. And, let’s know the menu folks: I ordered ravioli (which was very good), but was given the option of meat or pomodoro sauce without being told there was a cost difference. I asked, “I can order it either way?” The server said yes. Later, when I saw it was $2 more for meat sauce, which was basically tomato sauce with a hint of meat, and commented to the server that I hadn’t realized there was an additional charge for for meat sauce, she said “there is? Neither did I!” Wow.

   Food was decent and as expected. Service members were kind and pleasant but definitely disorganized. Training needed.
