There were 15 of us, including 8 children ranging from 1 -14 years of age. Our family has many food preferences and allergies and everyone was able to find something on the menu they could eat. That is not something that happens too often. Our server was outstanding in her attentiveness, patience and accuracy. One person serving 14 is not easy, I'm sure. We had a great time!

Despite having a reservation, waited 15 minutes to be seated in a half empty dining room. (apparently ongoing staffing issue) ? Ordered sausage/onion/mushroom and meatball and ricotta pizzas. Was informed that they were out of sausage. Ok how about a pepperoni pizza, was informed they were out of pepperoni. Ok how about just a plain cheese pizza? Server left to place order and returned to inform us they were also out of meatball! Really, how can a pizza restaurant run out of toppings? At that point left restaurant, very disappointing. I can see why Bertucci’s is filing for bankruptcy. To bad that a nice restaurant has fallen so low with service and quality!

The worst possible experience. No one greeted us at our table for 25 minutes. Freezing cold restaurant, loud music, filthy tables everywhere. Begged to have our order taken. Took nearly an hour for a pasta and one pizza. Needed to ask for everything including silverware, napkins, water. Bathroom filthy. Have given this place so many chances. It is a dump with inept people working.

We used to LOVE Bertucci’s and frequented them often when we lived in the area. We were visiting area after moving away and went for old times sake. The music was soooo loud, couldn’t have a conversation 😧. The pizza crust was very different; not flaky, puffy and light like we remembered. Very disappointed overall.

The food came out piping hot, tasted fantastic and our server was very attentive. Katherine was managing about 8 tables and doing an outstanding job! Bertucci's has really upped their game. Thanks!

The restaurant was cool with the a/c blasting down our necks. The waiter was nice, but service and the kitchen were slow. This was made worse by errors made by the kitchen. My chicken was over cooked and tough. We took our time, three hours. The drinks and dessert were very good.

It was a "Throwback Thursday" with 80's prices - certainly a good value. Our waitress was friendly and efficient, the food portions were generous and tasty. My friend and I had a delightful evening together.
