Seated quick, fast service, great waiter and food excellent. Not elegant dining but I’d recommend it to anyone.

Overall the experience was good. Wonderful greeting from the host and the rose for all mother's was a nice touch. I do wish that our waitress was a bit more ... engaging. Had to request that dishes be removed from the table and while she did do her job and as I always do, I tipped her well, there was just no connection. Her service was adequate but not memorable.

I made a reservation for 10 people- 5 adults and 5 children 6yrs and under . It was a great time! We had a fabulous waitress! Food was good, and the whole evening was enjoyable!

Bertucci's is consistently good. It's not as popular as it used to be, but we still go there fairly often for a great pizza and farmhouse salad

Saw a mouse in the dining room. Staff were nice, food was just ok.

Bertucci's makes the best pizza around, all of their dishes are good. prices are reasonable, service is good. We noticed it wasn't nearly as crowded as it used to be before the pandemic, that's too bad, it's a nice place.

The chicken piccata was awful, noodle too hard and sauce watery and bland. The bread that came with artichoke dip was stale and chewy. I had to use the rolls instead. Had GI issues for 2 days. Definitely not worth the money I spent. I should have gone to Wendy’s across the street.

Food was lackluster with little taste. Have been going to bertuccis since it opened. Food used to be great. Got the rigatoni broccoli and chicken in cream sauce. Used to be garlicky and lemony/ had little flavor. Stoped going there for a long time because food wasn’t as good of quality. Won’t go back.
