Food was delicious! We had a great time! Looking forward to dining in again soon!

We both enjoyed our lunch of sausage soup and various pastas, with the all-time favorite Bertucci rolls ! Very good deal for early p.m. hours, and very quiet and safer too...very few eaters, so very well-spaced out-- and the best service time too. We'll return soon !

We ordered their signature pizza which was a little greasy cause of the Carmelized onions . Otherwise was good

Food was bland and chicken was not cooked.

Food and service was fast and efficient. Rolls were nice and hot out of the oven. Covid 19 safety was high and I felt very safe dining inside. Would come back again.

It was our first time out since the beginning of the pandemic in a restaurant. The service was great but my favorite food wasn’t on the menu anymore. It was also very cold. That is really my only complaint.

Pizza is top notch

Was very good... really enjoyed our waitress and foot was great. Only issue is that if tables are supposed to be social distanced, then our table was directly next to another couple with only a small wall between us. My son could’ve touched the guys head :/ but nonetheless was great

Everything was great til the end, a group of teenagers came in the restaurant without mask. All they did was pull their shirts over there mouth and was seated. It clearly say on the restaurant doors need mask to enter. We left due to no one saying or doing anything about this.

I didn’t like the new red wine italian dressing on the house salad

We were happy to get back to indoor dining and chose Bertucci's because their safety protocols are of the best, as well as their food and service ! During this time, we've always reserved (Open Table) for 'mid-afternoon' hours, increasing the social distancing and quicker service significantly. We also have enjoyed a good, reasonable meal, either the 'lunch classic' menu, or the lasagna dinner menu, with ample left-overs, good pricing, and efficient service, this time, again, from Kathy ( Huntingdon Valley). Our non-rushed experience, including extra carry-out pasta BOGO dinners, was under an hour ! A pleasant, tasty, 'out of our home' outing !!

An often overlooked place for me but really enjoy it every time I go. Everything our group ordered, with one exception, was terrific. Great meatballs, salad, pizza, chicken parmigiana and rigatoni bolognese. Only bad thing was the chicken wing appetizer. Usually they’re AMAZING!! This time they came to the table severely undercooked and very pale. I sent them back and when they came back they didn’t look much better. What a shame!! (Our server told us that Bertucci’s had recently switched their chicken wing supplier. Big mistake!

The wings didn’t ruin the meal but it cost it a perfect review.

As always, the food was very good, and the rolls were 'the best'...even though smaller. We could still get a refill, which we appreciated. The best, safest time to dine for us is mid-afternoon, and we always feel safe ( temps taken, good ventilation, plenty of spacing between tables, and fewer diners at thie time ! ) We enjoyed our plentiful portions of the classic lunch menu and the lasagna ! Thanks for a 'good time out ' ! !

We had their pizza which was very good and flavorful

Great dinner and found out they had Gluten Free Flatbread so no I can enjoy the oil!

A safe environment...during this time, especially in the earlier afternoon...still great for lunch portions, soup, and the all-time most delicious rolls ! Thanks, Bertucci's...for breaking our 'bland' routine!

Great service. Great food. Clean! Felt safe the whole time.

Cozy for 3 or 4 people, especially mid-day...We each got a good deal with lunch-portions of their tasty Italian specialties...Buns were awesome, and our guest enjoyed his 'at table' special drink as well. It was a quiet and --especially safe--experience !

Our server was absolutely fabulous! Thank you Deanna for taking such great care of us and the food was amazing.

A lot of junk all over the place very sad

Wonderful value this week. Outstanding service, as usual. Still see cooks wearing masks improperly (noses - sometimes mouth - uncovered while cooking and leaning directly over food. Scary.

My wife ordered cod. The first dish came out overcooked and difficult to cut with a fork. The waitress took it back and had another piece of fish cooked for her. The next piece was somewhat better but was still overcooked and was not flaky, therefore it didn't taste fresh. Previous visits before the COVID, this was a dish she enjoyed very much.

Great time for a late-lunch and mid-afternoon 'birthday treat' for a friend of ours. The three of us had a nice time and the food was very tasty: late lunch special and a shared piece of cake. Soup and entrees were just right ! Wonderful to be back out and enjoying neighborhood dining again, especially when the restaurant observes all the Covid-19 rules and keeps us feeling safe ! Great eating indoors again, and Bertucci's is very good about the 'safety' issues, as well as maintaining its fine food. The best tip is to eat early...before 4-5 p.m...Even on a weekend afternoon it's recommended for great distancing. Pasta, sauce, and especially the bread...all are -still-so very tasty ! One suggestion: Lunch prices/portions during lunch hours should be offered--also on weekends--esp.for seniors! ( Our stomachs and our purses are the same all seven days :) :) ) ! !

Pizza was way over cooked

Great service and great food...rolls are the uttermost best !! We've been lucky to get a spot inside when there's lots of space. Kudos !

Of the 5 cooks preparing food in the open kitchen, 4 had no masks in place (not on at all, not over nose, not over mouth and nose.), even as they hovered over the food. May be a while before I return. Putting on a mask without putting it in place does not count. This is important!

Very upset that Bertucci’s Huntingdon Valley would not honor the $10.00 coupon dated properly. They alleged that I ordered the cod limone and that didn’t qualify. The email highlighted the seafood entrees and attached a $10.00 coupon. That is not Bertucci customer service. And I’ve been going there for years! Please have them call me 215-285-5293

We both ordered salads as a dinner and both didn’t have a lot of anything in them . Probably won’t go back there. Our third time there too.

We ordered the insulate salad shareable size it came with a small amount of dressing. I had to wait forever to toask for more. When they brought me more it was smaller then the first one which was small. We had to wait forever for the server to come around to be able to ask for anything especially drink refill. Not good service.

We love to go and get a house salad and cauliflower crust pizza with onions and peppers. We treat ourselves to this once or twice a month. Was even better that that had a 20% off coupon in the paper. Always friendly too!
