Thank you for my Bday Pizza..
Waited over 30 mins to be seated after reservation time. Was told food would take at least an hour to come out. Pasta was very undercooked. Three people at table ordered same meal - portion sizes varied greatly for those three meals. Was very disappointed - especially given it was Mother’s Day. Hopefully the next experience will be better.
I had a reservation for 4:30pm, we never got seated until 5:00pm but it was Mother's Day so we took that into consideration. Our waitress came quickly for drinks and bread, once our order was taken, it must have slipped because we waited close to an hour for our food. We only ordered two pizzas and two spaghetti platters. The food was delicious but the wait time was ridiculous especially when we were seeing people who were seated 10-15 minutes after us getting their food.
We had to wait for 15 minutes even with our reservation otherwise all good. They also did not have all the menu items probably because of Mother’s Day and too many celebrations...
The server was not very attentive, not checking on drink refills, some food came out luke warm, etc.
Service was very slow. Food was bland.
Food was good, service was also good. Portions are large enough to take home half of your meal.
Our waitress was phenomenal. She went out of her way to make sure we had the best possible experience
overall a good experience. I haven't been here in years and we came for my daughter's birthday. Our server, Destiny, was great, very friendly and attentive! Unfortunately, it seemed to take forever to get our food, which I do not blame on her. When it came out, it was for the most part above average. I had the Chicken Piccata and my father had the mushroom risotto, both of which were excellent. My daughter had a pizza which was pretty good. My mother got the mussels and those we not very good. Very mushy, definately not fresh. However, they aren't a seafood place so bit judging them to much on that. My husband said his lasagna was good, if not "write home" worthy. It was VERY loud in there, which I am picky about as I wanted a restaurant, not a bar.
Overall a good experience and would go back again.
Bertucci's is one of our favorite places to each and great for a large group too!
A bit noisy but the dishes were excellent!
Bertucci’s is a family favorite! Delicious Italian food, prepared well. Sometimes the kitchen can get overwhelmed, so the food arrived a bit slower this time. Still, very tasty. Just need to remind the waiter next time about the ice cream that comes with the kid’s menu item.
The food is always consistent and they we're flexible with our request to add additional guest at the last minute.
Excellent pizza. Fresh ingredients on perfect crust.
My family and I have been here several times over the past year. Unfortunately, I'm not sure we'll be going back anytime soon. The service the past couple times has been atrocious. We've had to wait 40+ minutes for our food and they didn't seem prepared food wise. There were several things not available on the menu at the time.
Kendall, our server, was exceptional. You were out of sausage (how does that happen in an Italian restaurant?) and another appetizer that we wanted. Good thing you have always been a great place to dine for me....you’re forgiven.
We are regular customers at Bertucci's. Our daughter LOVES their pizza and does a happy dance when eating there. Their other dishes are all wonderful. Of course, you can never forget their endless bread buns!
I frequent Bertucci's at least twice a month. You can count on consistently good tasting food and service.
A family favorite! Been going there for years, never disappointed. Their freshly baked bread and dipping oil are unparalleled!!
Although restaurant was crowded we received excellent service
Only part of the whole night that put a damper was the 2 glasses of red wine for 28.00$. We could have gotten a bottle for that
Excellent stone-fired pizza. Ingredients make the difference.
Great service - pointed out a good Tuesday deal for us to take advantage of
The food was ok, nothing outstanding.
We were given a nice basket of rolls which were excellent! The dipping sauce was a bit bitter and started to solidify after about 10 minutes. I wondered if it was rancid. Ask for butter for the rolls which I did. I was tempted to ask for a basket of rolls to take home.
The lobster ravioli was kind of lemony and not much lobster taste. The fettuccine alfredo with shrimp did not have enough sauce and the fettuccine was a big tough glob of pasta which had to be cut up with a knife. The shrimp was pretty good actually although a bit more sauce would have been nice. The pizza was pretty good as was the chicken marsala.
We all ordered desserts and they were just ok, a bit pricey for just ok.
We made reservations via open table which was convenient but still had to wait about 15 minutes for a table. The lobby was full of people waiting for tables. There were lots of tables available but they needed cleaning up. Once they started cleaning up tables, people were seated rather quickly, but seemed kind of annoying considering the wait for a clean table.
The restaurant is conveniently located, a good place to meet friends but I think next time, I'll go with pizza. Another time, I was there and saw someone putting Mazola oil on the crust. Tell them no Mazola on the crust. I love their chicken wings but one time had to send them back 3 times because they were burnt. Good Luck.
The pizza was excellent and the service was great!
Had a couple good experiences but I was unsatisfied with my last visit. Arrived for a 7:30pm dinner on friday and they ran out of lasagna, which is what we were there to eat. Was told that they premade the lasagna in the morning and it had run out by then, but I'm not sure why an italian restuarant wouldn't have a backup plan for when such a staple dish starts running out. The dishes we ordered in the end tasted bland and not worth the cost. Our server wasn't attentive at all, but maybe she was just tired from her shift. Might come back someday but this last visit just felt disappointing.
Sever didn’t check us enough , no refills for anything or ever checked on us
Food was terrible and lacked flavor. Service was fine but I was really disappointed in the food and so was my date. It’s okay to add seasoning you know.
I will never eat at this restaurant again mainly because the service, except for our waitress, was poor, and because my lobster ravioli was tasteless! Also I want to be able to make a reservation on the phone.
Our waitress lacked enthusiasm and didn't really seem all to interested in getting a good tip! Other than that, it was good. We were a party of 11 celebrating a birthday.
Great service!Shannon was a fabulous waitress and I can't wait to go back again with friends or family. The Tuesday special buy one get one pizza free is fabulous.
Server was nice but service was slow and food was not the quality that I was expecting. They did accommodate our large party of 9, however; so if you have a large group, this would probably be a good option. It was not terribly busy either. The people in our party that ordered pizza seemed to fair better than those who ordered something else. Dessert (profiteroles) was excellent.
Food was delivered not by waiter, and wrong food was delivered to the table.
We had reserved a table for 9 for a birthday/holiday lunch . The service was great and everyone enjoyed the food. The salads were in a big bowl on the table to be served family style which was neat since some people ate a lot of it and others not so much. My only nit with the entire experience - I would prefer that the salad dressing be offered "on the side" rather than already on the salad. I should also mention the cost was very reasonable.
Bertucci's in Columbia Maryland is a "go-to" restaurant. Fresh vegetables, ample portions, and tasty menu
Food was good and it was nice to have the private room for our large party but the server seemed new and food/drinks were very slow to come out. Someone's dinner salad came out 5 minutes after the hot meals so ours were cold before we could start eating.
Just very average. I was expecting good food, not rubbery chicken parmigiana with very little cheese and a salad that was basically just ice berg lettuce
The hostess was extremely rude, but the server and manager were great!
April, thank you so much for taking the time to provide your feedback about your recent visit. We are sorry to hear we let you down, but please know your comments have been forwarded to our management team to be addressed.
Overall good. Food is amazing. Family friendly
Thank you! We hope to see you again soon!
This was about the worst experience we've had at a restaurant in a long time! We arrived on time for our reservation and we were seated immediately. So far so good. Then it went downhill from there. It took 10 minutes for the waiter to come and take our order. It then took over 30 minutes just to get our appetizers and salad. Then 20 minutes after that the waiter happened to come by and ask us whether we gotten our pizza or not. When we said no we saw him go over and talk with someone and all the sudden here he comes our pizza. The pizza had obviously been sitting for quite some time as it was no longer hot. We should have sent it back, but we ate part of the pizza because we were so hungry by that point, we were too tired to put up a fight. To be fair, they did take the cost of pizza off of our bill, however I would have much rather had a hot pizza and good service than the lower cost of the bill. They didn't even have e the excuse that they were terribly busy because that was not the case. I have been a waitress and it appears to me that the staff is poorly trained and supervision is minimal. While we were there we watched at least three tables I. Our area go uncleaned and customers waiting to be seated. This is very sad as we have previously enjoyed dinner here. We won't be going back again. Hope the upper management understands how much income they are looiat this location from both dissatisfied customers and from not turning have the tables turned in a timely mañner.
We are sorry to hear you had an unsatisfactory experience and would like to get in touch with you.
First time. I was very surprised. Will
Definitely go back. My daughter and I debated if we should’ve gotten a small or large. The small serves 6 maybe 7 slices. I must say. The small was just right. We will be back.
We are happy to hear you enjoyed your meal with us! We look forward to welcoming you back again soon.
