Our table was not ready for 25 minutes after our reservation time. The food was mediocre at best. The one saving grace was the host/waiter/busboy who was doing triple duty.
We appreciate you for taking the time to write this review as our customer's feedback is very important to us. We will be sure to share your thoughts with our team and thank you for reaching out to us.
We waited an hour for our food when there was basically no one in the restaurant. I had to leave and get my food to go because I had to catch my train we were there so long! Overall poor service and not necessary since there are so many places to eat in this area.
I love the Bertucci’s brand and have always had a great experience in their restaurants. This was not up to standards. The place was run down, dirty, and had an illogical layout. Nearly all booths that appeared they hadn’t been updated in decades.
When our server finally came to take our order (after at least ten minutes), she said “okay you ready to order?” Didn’t even ask for drinks or apps first. We DID order an appetizer and it came out first, followed by all of our entrees within one minute. We didn’t even try the appetizer. The food was not what I was used to at Bertucci’s. It tasted microwaved and no attention to detail. We were rushed out and felt devalued at best.
Good food for reasonable prices with consistency...sounds perfect to me!
Interesting no more salad bowls instead you get a salad with your entree... why the change?
Had rigatoni with brocolli and chicken and it was enough for 2 meals; had it with marinara sauce instead of cream sauce - it was delicious and who doesn't love those rolls!
Serving was so slow
We met an old friend for dinner when we were in town and had a very nice meal at Bertucci's. Their food is always good and tonight's service was especially attentive. We made reservations through Open Table and when we arrived our table was already set up with place settings, bread and olive oil blend so we could start right in. We'll return when we're in the Longwood area again.
Always past but never went in. We as a group decided to try it. The food was presented and prepared tastefully. The ambiance was relaxing and cheerful. The waitress was pleasant and patient since it was so many of us. Most were so undecided in a new place but she explained some of the dishes people were not sure of. They always say first impressions and we all would rate you at A+. We will be planning another luncheon to this restaurant real soon.
Great dinner with family.
Although the location wasn’t the easiest to find it was worth the trip.
Food was excellent.
Everything was fresh and good. Setvice was great. We were not rushed at all. Very comfortable lovely lunch!
Service was terribly slow. Server was nice but kept forgetting about us.
When we came in it took 15 minutes to be seated when it wasn’t busy. Once seated the host told us that management didn’t schedule any servers on a Saturday.. which is absolutely absurd and he called in a waitress who just started working there two days prior. I felt so bad for her as it was no fault of her own and she had all the tables as 17 people party walked in right after us. Horrible food the pasta was so overdone it was paste once I put it in my mouth. I sent it back and didn’t eat anything. Never again. This place needs to fire whoever management is start again with someone who knows what they are doing.
It was an "ok" restaurant. My expectations were set for phenomenal as it was supposed to be a highly ranked Italian restaurant. The service was "ok". The food was "ok". Nothing knocked our socks off.
Had dinner with my daughter's and it was a good experience.
The reservation I made thru open table did not appear when I got to the restaurant and it took them 45 minutes for us to get a table. Our waitress looked very distracted. We asked for napkins and never got them also asked for butter and she just threw it in the bread basket instead of placing on the table.
