    First time I have been in a while to Braintree location. Looked like we got there after lunch rush not to many people there. Had to wait for someone to acknowledge us to get seated. Took a long time for waitress ( only two on floor)to come over for our order. We ordered drinks and a pizza. Pizza arrived barely warm it must of been sitting up on counter for a while. I understand there were only to waiters on floor but why couldn’t some from kitchen help by bringing it over to us when it came out of oven? I didn’t want to complain to waitress so we ate some of it.

    The last time I went to Bertucci’s was for my goddaughter christening and that was 4 years ago. This recent visit did not disappoint. Our Waitress Jayna was so sweet and attentive and the food was DELICIOUS!! Here’s everything we ordered: 🍗Brick Oven-Baked Tuscan Chicken Wings 🍗 Twice-Baked Brick Oven Honey Chili Chicken Wings 🍝 Rigatoni alla Vodka with Crispy Pepperoni 🍝 Chicken Piccata

    We love Bertucci’s and usually get take-out; but I took this opportunity to try a new chicken entree: Chicken Bruschetta. I’m a huge fan of Bruschetta; but the new entree was a disappointment! I expected the popular Bruschetta ingredients to be combined with chicken & put into the oven with the cheese melted over it; but unfortunately they went another route! Oh well, Missed opportunity!

    Felcia was our server, and she really elevated our experience. She had great menu knowledge of current and past menus. As someone in our party wanted something that had been discounted on the menu from years ago. You see he used to be a service at Bertucci in the 90's. She informed my him that "We would be happy to make it for you". They also talked a little Bertucci history, which was fun. She was also good ate reading the table, as my guests and I hadn't seen each other in decades, and she let us take our time while stilling being intuitive to our needs. She was a true superstar and brand ambassador. Thank you, Felica, 4 (old friends from Cambridge)

    It was the worst dining experience. The server came and took our orders and returned with the drinks and we asked for butter for the rolls. Never saw her again so I went looking for her ended up getting the butter from another server. I had ordered a glass of wine which was not delivered with the other drinks as the server couldn’t be located I asked another server to deliver it. Our server is still not to be found, I inquired as to her whereabouts but was told she was fairly new. As we has three children with us and after 30 more minutes had to get up and look for someone to ask about our meals. After asking another server about our meals he obtained and delivered the meals. Two of us got the baked rigatoni with meatballs after a couple of bites it was determined to be hard and dried out we did not eat it. Our server finally arrived with the check and I asked if there was a problem with us asking for butter ( she was missing from that point forward but waited on other tables) she stated that she had to take care of herself. We tipped 20 percent and gave an additional tip to the other server who when requested got what we needed. I feel if there was some problem I should have been informed. Sorry to say it was horrible but the rolls were good.

    Ordered a side to go along with my meal, they did not bring it out until we are done with the meal and ready to leave. At this point why would I order a side and want to bring it home. 7.50 out the door, for an item that is not good heated up! Of course I was charged for it , not looking to get something for nothing I just wanted the side served with my meal! Overrated food!

    Women’s bathroom was a disaster ! One toilet was clogged and unusable and the other stall was very dirty. They lost a ticket and we didn’t receive our side order until the end of the meal. Our pizza didn’t have the correct toppings when it arrived.

    Best to Ask the Waitress to NOT have them *burn* the *Pizza?* That way it won't come to you *Blackened* in *several* spots! I would've given *Five Stars* had our *Pizzas* NOT been *Burnt!*

    Slow, awful experience. The restaurant was not busy but it took so long for the food to come. When we asked the server who delivered the food for things (napkins, Parmesan cheese for pizza) she informed us she was line staff and to ask our server - to let you know she was the manager on duty since she sat our party. Our server was also the bartender and he never came back - I had to go to him for boxes for leftovers and the bill. Service has truly gone downhill at this location and the staff are rude.

    We made a reservation through OpenTable for a large group, but we still had to wait almost 30 minutes to be sat once we arrived. The restaurant didn’t seem to have any integration with OpenTable to actually receive the reservation so we got put on a list, but they were nice enough to tell us we would be sat before walk-ins. We weren’t the only ones that this happened to as I saw another party of 2 with a reservation experience the same thing.

    The food was bland. Our waitress was nice. She had a great memory. It was busy and it looked like they were a little short staffed. Overall it was okay. If the food was more seasoned and the veggies not mushy they would have gotten a better rating but overall I was hungry and so unhappy with the food, it felt like a waste.

    Just what we wanted... a simple date night. Great drinks and a Cesar Salad for 2 to start. Then a nice large pizza with fresh Mozzarella and Prosciutto to share. Everything was very good and our waitress Tracy was on spot even though the place was short in stuff. She was making drinks as well as serving tables. Thank you for making our night pleasurable.

    Our waitress at the Braintree location went above and beyond to serve us as well as help us find an earring when she was so busy and the only waitress on staff. She needs a raise! We tipped her well. Our group decided we will meet there monthly because of her, the food, and convenient location.

    Although we had reservations they only had one waitress and were waiting on another to arrive. We had been waiting approx 10 mins before host/manager explained situation. Offered to seat us but admitted we would still be waiting. We went somewhere else. I understand staffing issues everywhere. I don’t understand why I was able to make reservation at all or why I was not contacted re: staff??

    The food was very tasty and the waitress friendly. Prices seem to have gone up a bit. Friday lunchtime and limited staff did make service slow. Lots of places have the same problem.

    The service was terrible, not because of the staff but because of the lack of staff, they only had 2 people covering the entire floor of the restaurant for waitstaff. They had 6 or 8 cooks at least.

    We went on a Tuesday for their pizza special of buy one and get one. Pizza was to notch. Very tasty. Bar was closed but that was fine so we took a high top table inside. Our server was excellent. They have great rolls with the meal yummy! They do a big takeout business.
