My reservation was confirmed before I left home, got to the restaurant and they did not have it, another couple came in and the same with them, we had to wait 20 minutes and then hostess was very nice and seated us.
Your system is not working
We arrived for a 9:15pm and it was no host. I had a reservation on Open Table, I could see my name on their Open Table, someone saw us and asked if you wanted to seat at the bar. Give me a break. Although I understand my reservation is a late one, the fact that you want to go home and you want to make us seat at the bar it's very rude. We sat at a table. The server was not happy to see us. I work at a restaurant and I know exactly what everyone was thinking. We order, food came fast, we eat fast and when came the time for dessert, I asked the server what time they close. He said 10pm, it was 10:05pm. I said well if that's the case, we will skip the dessert. He offered to take it home. Hospitality at its best! We also smelled chlorine during our dinner. We left a big tip because I understand the guy just works and cares but if there's any manager reading this, take my advice. Hospitality will take you long way. I will never go back. No manager also came to see how everything was. Server didn't ask either. I had to contact Open Table with the receipt of my dinner to get the points because of course no one there cared to check us in (although I mentioned it twice). McDonalds seem much more organized and the employees happier..
The service was excellent and the waitress was very accommodating to our request for separate checks. The portions were very generous so don’t be alarmed at the calorie count. I enjoyed two more meals from the leftovers I brought home!
Now I remember why I try not to go to this location. We walked in the from door, there are 2 other coupes waiting for someone to greet them. About 5 minutes later someone greets us and get seated. The place is half empty but because it appears that there was not enough staff, both the food cooking and the service was slow.
Our meal was excellent and very well priced. We had the 35 for two special. The only problem we experienced was that one chicken parmesagna came will grilled chicken and we actually just took that dinner home and shared ur food with the person that had no dinner.
We were a group of 9 (7 kids ages 10-14 and 2 adults). The wait staff was fantastic. The setting was great. Since we had a big group with a bunch of kids we were at a long table in the back and elevated, so I didn't feel so bad when the kids were loud (and I kept checking with the wait staff if they were being too loud and they kept saying no!). The food was really good. Thank you for a fun birthday evening for my daughter and her friends!
Food was delicious! Good portion sizes, and healthy options were available. I had cauliflower pizza crust. Very flavorful! Server was friendly and attentive- awesome. We’ll definitely be back!
Good effort but just didn't seem to have it together. It feels like its in transition. Used to be a favorite years ago - will try again in a few months.
I'm glad this Bertucci's didn't close because it has always been a good place!
Server Kenya was superb!
The food was great but they were out of a lot of beer. We had a large number of people and the waitress was very nice but seemed confused on what was in stock.
Great food at a reasonable cost. The host was friendly and accommodating when his records did not show my Open Table reservation. Courtesy staff and good food = returning customer.
We were seated near the kitchen area which is not closed off to the diners, but should be. The kitchen area was messy and the place was noisy, as in cafeteria noisy, with dishes and trays clanking, and employees yelling orders to chefs. Servers also gathered and socialized in this area, while waiting for their orders to come. We loved the Woodbridge Bertucci's which, also had an open kitchen area, but was nothing like this one. The food and value were on par, but we will not return, because the experience was so unpleasant.
