   Not a huge menu choice but each of us found something to enjoy! The atmosphere was buzzing for a Monday night and the live music added to the vibe. The service from the team was excellent. They all looked like they were enjoying what they were doing! Will be back!

   Had an amazing night out, we both had the rib eye steaks which were delicious. Additionally our starter, moules marinières and I had the halloumi both of which were delicious. Our drinks from beer, wine and cocktail did not disappoint, especially the cocktails which unlike a lot of places are not light on the spirits and heavy on the mixers, the mix was a perfect combination of spirit and flavours. Finally, the best part of the experience is undoubtedly the customer service, attentive without being intrusive. Nothing was too much trouble and watching the interactions between servers and customers was fantastic, an excellent example of customer service. And I can’t fail to mention the pianist on the evening, he was the perfect accompaniment and this icing on the cake of what was a perfect night out.

   Food was great and some of the combinations were exciting. Cocktails delish. Service was excellent. Very attentive and friendly. The music was so enjoyable. The atmosphere made you just want to stay for hours, great vibe and the comfy chairs and cozy feel helped!

   A lovely evening at Bert’s. Atmosphere and ambience perfect. Delicious food, served by attentive professional staff. Jazz fantastic and just at the right volume. We couldn’t find fault with anything and would certainly recommend. Well done Bert’s.

   Everything was outstanding! I will be having cravings for the dessert for days to come it was that good best sticky toffee I’ve tried. The waiter who served us was fantastic couldn’t have asked for a better service. The music WOW. Will definitely be back.

   I was dining solo and the team made me feel so at home. They chatted to me in between courses to ensure wait times didn’t feel too long, but didn’t speed up the service either, so I didn’t feel rushed. I chose the wrong dessert, and when they asked was it ok and I told them I’d chosen wrong, they took it off the bill despite my protests. It’s not my first visit, but was my first visit for food. I’ll definitely return next time I’m in Belfast

    Great jazz bar experience with good food, wine and cocktails. There was an issue with one of the menu items, but it was resolved without issue and needing to ask and we would return.
