   We have been to your restaurant several times . We made online reservations 2 days ahead but y'all did not have record of it when we arrived. Plenty of tables were available so it was not a big deal. The size and quality of salads seems to have dropped considerably since we first came . Very plain and very small . Service was fine when we arrived but we had to ask for water refills during the meal. We had to ask the manager at the front to get us water.

   The entrees were very good. You were out of the triple chocolate cake at 6 pm . Very disappointed . We took the almond joy cake instead . It was just ok . Somewhat dried out like it had been cut too long and left in cooler uncovered . Just not the quality like we had on previous visits . Service was not good but it seemed to be from understaffing and not our waitress fault .She repeatedly had to answer the phone and clear tables. She repeatedly apologized and did not charge us for the cake . We will come back again but the overall experience was not as good we expected.

   Great food at a great price. For a small town, we are very blessed to have such a wonderful restaurant.

   Bertolone was delicious! Just like when they use to be at Joe's Italian. Every part of our meal was fantastic from the top to the bottom. My only wish is that they could move closer to Birmingham. Great food, great people who own this business!

   My mother, sister, and I drove from Montgomery to Clanton just to eat at Bertolone's, and it was well worth it. We were greeted, welcomed, and seated immediately. They were very busy, but our server made us feel like we were her only customers. For a single dining room to be so full, it didn't seem noisy at all. We ordered the lasagne, a "pick your own toppings" pizza, and Nonna's Lasagna Bianca .... lasagna made with sausage, turnips, cheese, and an ever-so-light alfredo sauce. We shared our dinners, and everything was absolutely delicious. The unanimous favorite was Nonna's Lasagna Bianca ... it wasn't heavy or overly rich, and tasted delicious!! Each of our meals could easily be "comfort food" ... you could taste Nonna's love in every bite. We didn't have room for dessert, but the cakes looked to die for! We will DEFINATELY go back again and again!!
