   Went with a family of 5 including an infant. The staff was accommodating and attentive. The place could be cleaner (silverware and glass wear were questionable). Food was good, steaks were over cooked for our liking but overall good. A little pricey for what you get but it was expected from a resort restaurant. Would recommend for dinner.

   The food was disappointing. The sauce is bland and its the base for several of their dishes. Other dishes were VERY SALTY. Can't speak for the steaks, as noone in my party ordered steak. Perhaps they are better. Service was good and the ambiance is lovely. No air conditioning on a 85 degree day, so that was disappointing

   Arrived a few mins before (ie, on time) reservation and hostess seemed surprised or put off. Not sure if she wanted to go home. Service was okay and food was less than okay. My kid didn’t like the fish bites at all and like Mikey, he usually eats everything. $80 for a burger, two kids meals and non-alcoholic drinks was definitely not worth the money.

   We had a lovely time dining at Berrellis. Our waitress was very amicable and attentive :) She did not seem to mind that we had our litter of 3 children there. The portions were a good size - the kid’s entrees could’ve fed us! — A resort service fee was added onto our bill - we would’ve given our server the same amt + ? to = 22-23%, so that was surprising. Overall, if you’re looking fine dining around Camelback - def a nice place to check out!

   The food was not good at all. My spaghetti taste like someone poured a bottle of Ragu sauce over noodles. It had no flavor or spunk to it. I was disappointed.

   This place looks cool and has a good vibe with great service… but, when your kids don’t even like the spaghetti and meatballs, there needs to be an adjustment made. I had the burrata salad and it was light and tasted pretty good, but everything else was just so bland and flavorless. The buttered noodles was the best thing we had. We ended up eating off property for the rest of our time and it was much better.

   Made reservations for 7:15pm, finally got seated at 7:50pm Waited an additional 15 minutes after being seated for the server to show up. Food lacked flavor, specifically the rigatoni allá vodka which came highly recommended by the server. Overall, felt cheated as a customer with the high prices and the poor quality of the food, and lack of sense of urgency from the management team, if server where busy, please roll up your sleeves and give them a hand instead of walking around and looking important.     We came here based on pictures. We were very disappointed. It smelt like bad fish when we walked in. To start the bread was supposed to be toasted focaccia bread but instead tasted stale & was cold, also it came without any seasoning. The meat & cheese we ordered were not kept at correct temperature and tasted funny. We sent that back and the waitress was very understanding. (There ended up being an issue with the fridge) over all the food was not tasty. Service was slow. (Restaurant was empty) Waitress was kind. Will not be visiting again.

    We made a reservation in advance for 12. Upon arrival, we were told the best they could do was a table for 8 and another for 4, not next to each other. About the same time, another party was seated for 6. Also, a table of 2 adjacent to our table of 8 had been seated earlier. With proper planning, they could have seated our party of 12, given the space available. Instead, the party was split with nothing more than a comment from the hostess; "This is all I have available." Very disappointed in this lack of service and for this reason, would not come back. However, our waitress, Michelle, was amazing! She was sympathetic to our circumstances and did her absolute best to make our dinner enjoyable. She was successful in more than making up for our early setback. Thank you, Michelle!

    Host was great. Service was friendly. Kid’s food came out late. Party of 8 and everyone agreed food was just okay. Good portions but the pastas and proteins were dry and missing flavor. Chicken parm was soggy (as it is in most restaurants). The best looking plate was my son’s cheeseburger from the kids menu. Expensive place but convenient location. I won’t return for the food, but I’ll return for the location and pleasant views.

    Berrelli’s simply does not comprehend dietary restrictions. We asked about potential allergens/cross contamination for the complementary bread (two severe food allergies in our party) and we were told the bread wasn’t made on the premises—no contact with management, no information available, just that brush off answer. I laughed at the fact that the spaghetti and MEATballs was labeled “vegetarian,” but it was no laughing matter when the only vegan dish on the menu (which was hilariously marked “vegan/vegetarian”) came out with shredded cheese on top. We were told the “manager was addressing it” but never met this mysterious manager. Although the wait was long for our meal (good risotto takes time, right?), the “replacement” risotto came out of the kitchen in half the time, perhaps because it was missing ingredients, had components that were not listed on the menu as part of the dish, and looked more like soggy rice than a truly well crafted risotto. That’s okay though, at least we got to pay full price for the meal—great service guys!!! This experience was the ONLY negative dining experience on our first trip to the Pocono mountains, but our misfortune can provide some service if you heed our advice: save yourself the hassle and avoid Berrelli’s!!!

    This is probably the best place to eat at the resort. Michelle was a great server. She was very attentive to our needs. She made our two boys happy with the extra cherries on their Shirley Temples. The pasta dishes were delicious

    Delicious Tomahawk steak enough for three people. very family friendly with an upscale feel for adults. Prompt quick service without feeling rushed. Manhattan steakhouse feel in the Poconos, make sure to get a reservation.

    Hailey the hostess was fantastic to deal with and seated us a few minutes before our reservation. Michelle the bartender made our ladies very happy with great conversation and fantastic drinks. Ken was fantastic when we walked in dealing with some very strange guests and then again on a steak recommendation, which was truly amazing. I had the porterhouse by the way.     Not worth the money for poor service and food. Steak came out half raw when asked for medium. Service was rough as a whole, how can you expect to eat soup without a spoon? My soup was cold before I got a server flagged down to bring me a spoon. Spending a few hundred dollars for an experience should garnish great service and food ( imo). Besides that, views of the ski slopes are very nice.

    Thomas our waiter was fantastic!! He was a great add on to our special evening out, with his humble attitude and comical humor. The food was 10/10 as always. We had the pork belly, chicken parm and pasta with vodka sauce.. I suggest requesting extra vodka sauce on the side of the dish as I thought it needed a bit more. Chicken parm was one of the best I've ever had. Till next year!

    Berrelli’s is a great spot for a nice dinner. The ambience and service was phenomenal. The food was above average but maybe not quite as expected for the price point. I guess you got to realize the location and “mountain up charge”. Definitely would visit again in the future though.

    We were seated upstairs. The service upstairs is terrible. Your waiter is the same person who is also working the bar for the whole restaurant. That is not fair to that person or to the customer. 2/4 of our meals came out cold. The food was just ok for what it cost. On a positive note, the atmosphere of restaurant is very nice.

    We have eaten here for the last few years coming to Camelback and this year might be out last time. I specifically reserved our favorite area upstairs over a month in advance and when we got there we could not sit upstairs. There were table available but they said sorry. Multiple drinks and some food on the menu was not available. And the menu is small to begin with. Food was marginal at best, but overpriced like crazy. I know you are at a resort per-sei but it is gouging at this point. Server brought our dinners out without clearing any of the appetizer plates or anything. Just not the service for what we paid for.
