    ordered medium rare NY strip stake, but was overcooked to well done. Made an exchange but it was rare when delivered. the person who ordered the NY strip had to struggle with his dish, which is not a pleasant experience.

    Fall menu didn’t have a lot of offerings. No seafood offered. Didn’t care for the menu as we did on our prior visit. Waited a long time just to get our drinks only be told the wine that we ordered was not available.

    Waited over a half hour over our reservation time. Then waited about an hour for our food. The manager on duty did his best with what he could do. He brought out appetizers for everyone waiting on tables. The server we had was a amazing! We realize she was not responsible for the kitchen being really slow. She did her best and was so nice! I understand things happen but we were there for almost two hours just waiting on everything. We got our main course in boxes and ate in our room. The food wasn’t very good either. The chicken fettuccini Alfredo was like noodles in oil with seasoning nothing Alfredo about it. Overpriced menu as well, they wanted $55 for an 8oz sirloin, you can get a whole cut for that price or cheaper. Also $14 for the apple cider mimosa that was less than 6oz. All in all the the experience wasn’t worth a penny we spent.

    Busy Saturday night so staff was working incredibly hard to serve all the clients. Christina, the manager could not have been nicer - stopping by to check on us and many tables. Bartenders even had to help with orders and service… nice job. With all that said, food and drinks were very good and we like not feeling rushed and we never were. Will be back.

    Party of 8 plus a toddler we were seated at a 6 person table in a very open dining room. We had a reservation as well so they knew how big our party was. The wait for food was what was expected for a steak house but they did bring out the baby's food super fast but was raw and had to send back. They did comp her food so wasn't an issue. Our server was amazing and was very friendly and on top of everything. All in all a good place for dinner. A few minor things they could work on but still would return!

    We had an excellent experience. Very nice and cozy ambiance. Our waitress was the BEST as well the buss boy. We chatted and had a great experience just forgot to get their names. The food was delicious. We celebrated our daughters 10th birthday. We will definitely be back. Thank you again ❤️

    My wife and I had dinner at Berrelli’s last night and it was absolutely fantastic! The service was wonderful, the drinks (margarita and prosecco) were fantastic, and they had gluten free bread which was a nice surprise! It was also the best GF bread I've ever had, no joke! I had the seafood risotto and my wife had the Scallops, and we both loved our meals! Next time we go to Camelback we are DEFINITELY going back here! :) Shout out to Joseph, our server, who was wonderful and made us feel special on our 1-year wedding anniversary! :)

    The ambiance was amazing but the host was not very warm. Our waiter was okay. No outdoor seating. The food was okay. The steak prices were way too high so I got a pasta that was okay.

    Very nice location at Camelback. The staff was friendly, and our waiter/bartender was excellent. The food quality and value were great, however my seafood risotto which came with plenty of seafood had a risotto that was over the limit salty. My wife's scallops were tasty but warm, not hot. Maybe next time?

    The food was not appetizing at all. My risotto was filled with butter. Kids fires had a pound of salt on it and they thought the food was microwaved.

    Limoncello Cocktails (Martini and Spritzer) were fair to very good respectively. The Mozzarella Flight and Caesar Salad were excellent and tasty family shareable appetizers. My son had the NY strip cooked medium nicely and he loved it. My daughter had the penne pesto with fresh tasting and fragrant basil yet on the rich side. It was a very big portion at that, but no complaints there. My wife and I ordered the "Carbonara". It was fettuccine instead of spaghetti as indicated on the menu which wasn't a big deal, but it wasn't traditional Carbonara with a nice velvety creamy sauce. It was on the wet/soupy side and more of a garden fresh wet pasta dish than Carbonara. I think the restaurant should give the dish a different name. I wouldn't order it if you expect traditional Carbonara, because it's far from it. From the tail end of our meal we were rushed by our server. She took my plate without asking. I was going to help my daughter finish her penne, but I couldn't. We were then rushed to choose deserts as if the restaurant needed to be evacuated within ten minutes. The Bananas Foster my wife and I had was great, my son had a yummy Sundae and my daughter had a very nicely made fresh and authentic Tiramisu. If we weren't rushed, then our experience would have been worth the money, because except for the "Carbonara", the food was very good to excellent. It's very difficult for some families to afford a nice meal and the service is part of the deal. With some adjustment I think the server can most definitely improve.

    We all had a great meal. Only issue was I asked for my filet medium and it was medium well. I should have sent it back but with Oscar topping I still really enjoyed it.

    We got up to take pictures and they cleared our table then they made what they took again and made us wait an hour for our main course because there was a party of 35 they had to serve instead of serving us that we were 4 first. I then asked one of the waiters for a complementary drink because of the wait, my kids were hungry and we were at the table just waiting and they tried to charge me for the drink when they said it was complementary.     We had an 18 month old a 5,6, & 8 year old with 6 adults. Service was wonderful food was delicious. Only downfall was banana foster was out. All of the children were well behaved because of the way they were treated. We will return for sure.

    We had a party of 4. Each member in our party enjoyed our meals. The rigatoni with vodka sauce was excellent! The chicken parm and spaghetti and meatball were also very good. We would have liked more sauce. We asked for a side of sauce and were given one. Our service was very good.

    It was great! Service was attentive but not overwhelming, food was delicious- from appetizers to desserts- and the ambience was so nice and calming. The restaurant it self was beautiful as well. Loved it and so did my family

    We came in the summer. It was full but not frenetic. Our server was personable and attentive in a very good way. The portions were generous and tasty. I’d definitely plan an evening around a reservation here were we to come during ski season.

    We ordered a dish that was too salty. The manager offered another dish, and did not charge us for either dish. We appreciated this very much. This action on the part of the restaurant turned what almost made the experience a disaster into a lovely evening. We highly recommend eating here.

    We waited foooooooorever! It wasn’t busy at all. It took way too long for everything. Other tables were in and out before we got our apps. We got bread with our entree instead of with our drinks so at that point they should have saved it. Food was good though but not worth the wait. They comped us a dessert for waiting “that we could share as a family” but it was a thin sliver of cheesecake that was big enough for one out of five of us

    Me and my fiancé celebrated our anniversary here and the experience was great. While we did have to wait for our table everything after that was wonderful. Food, staff, seating etc. We would definitely come again.

    The server seemed very inexperienced. She looked at the menu while we were ordering. Was confused about what we were ordering and made the entire dining experience very uncomfortable. My sister ordered the clams linguini with a side Caesar salad. The server say “ok I’ll ask if you can have a salad instead of pasta”. My sister then said “no, I want the clams linguini AND a side Caesar salad”. The server still didn’t understand and kept repeating, “okay so I’ll remove the linguini and give you a salad”. It wasn’t until I spoke up and said “She wants to ADD on a side Caesar salad to her meal which is clams linguini” that the server finally understood. When one person in our party asked for the scallop dish she said “you can’t order that” it wasn’t until we asked further then she explained that there weren’t enough scallops for the standalone scallop dish, and they only had enough for “the rush” and the seafood risotto. The person in our party then ordered the seafood risotto and it came out with zero scallops in it. She repeatedly made comments to our two 16 year olds that they “must be really hungry” “wow you guys are ordering a lot of food” “do you girls still have room for that?” Those comments are just not appropriate to say to young impressionable girls who are conscientious of their weight. When my 12 year old niece ordered a lemonade the server said “Okay well I would need to make that.” My brother in law asked what the “ Stable 12 Black Bear” was she replied with “A beer.” Of course he knew it was a beer, it was under the beer menu, he was asking what kind of beer it was. My husbands steak was raw when he asked for it to be medium rare. The manager was very accommodating and removed the steak from the check because my husband couldn’t eat it which we appreciated. The manager was very nice, the restaurant overall was beautiful, but the server needs some serious training on both the menu as well as socialization in general.

    My family all had pasta dishes, the vodka dish was really good, my husband had the risotto and it was just okay, my two kids had the spaghetti with meatballs and they enjoyed it

    Overall, I went and did not have a great time. First of all, not only was the food just okay: it’s so severely overpriced. It’s actually insulting how much everything costs. A plain hamburger is $19. A filet mignon is over $60. What is this, the Upper East Side?? But not only that, they automatically add an 18% tip. We were 2 people. Not only was the service obnoxiously slow, the waiters were inattentive and overall quite disappointing. Although the scenery is quite pretty, I do not recommend coming here unless you’re looking to be disappointed and cheated out a hundred dollars for a simple meal.

    My family and I were here for a weekend trip and this was the place we chose for dinner after the water park and it was really nice. We got there near close time but the staff was really accommodating and friendly! I would 100% come back.

    My experience at Berrelli’s Italian Chophouse was so wonderful! Our waiter, Caithin, was polite, funny, and very brightful. He made our dining experience one to remember! It was so impressionable that it definitely had us thinking to come back again very soon! Every dish we were served were amazing and it honestly couldn’t have been better! I definitely recommend this restaurant for a beautiful and exquisite dining experience in terms of both food and service!

    Tonight we went to Berrellis for the first time and it was fantastic. From the moment we walked in the staff were so personable and had great customer service. Our waiter Heidi was excellent!! She helped us pick a wine, said happy anniversary, made conversation and took a picture for us. Food was unbelievable. Probably the best penne vodka I’ve ever had. Would highly recommend!! Thank you for a great anniversary dinner!
