    Nice ambience. Our server was attentive. Unfortunately the restaurant was out of a few key items eg sparkling water. Had to ask for some essential item that I thought should automatically be provided, eg I ordered steak but had to request steak knives, had to request spoons for mash potatoes. Just the little details makes the biggest impact.

    The Eggplant Parmigiani was not good at all. Unfortunately they ran out of Filet Mignon which was unfortunate for a Chophouse. My daughter has a severe allergy so that limited her options. There was no substitutions which didn't allow for anyone with food allergies, restrictions or dietary needs. Lawrence was wonderful. Very attentive, friendly and just overall amazing.

    Great mountain spot! Food was very good and waitress great. However, when we checked in for our reservation on time the hostess advised it would just be a few minutes to change over the table. There were four tables that needed to bussed/set (three of which was large enough for our group). It took 35 minutes to bus/set those tables. It wasn’t for lack of staff, just extremely slow. Very frustrating. We were patient but a little urgency would be appreciated.

    Great stop for a nice meal with kids and family. Service was prompt and my kids loved the spaghetti with meatball. Other food items were just ok but we enjoyed the ambience.

    Ordered Kettle One Cosmo, out of Kettle one. Ordered Tito’s. Out of Tito’s. Ordered Stoli Cosmo cause they said they has Stoli. Cosmo was good. We ordered another one and was brought a cloudy yellowish one. Tasted very sour. Nothing like the first one. Returned it two more times before we got anything worth drinking. When I first called to confirm our reservation they asked if we wanted anything special. I said to be seated in a romantic area. We were seated near the steps and near a small child. The food was average. I thought my vodka sauce tasted like jarred sauce. Wish we had gone to Momentos.

    Our waitress was amazing. Food was perfect. Obviously, it was expensive, but it's fine dining, you have to expect that. I had the tenderloin it was perfect 👌

    The food that was edible was just ok, but the 2 steaks we ordered medium rare were full blown raw, not rare but raw. Also, the server wasn’t trained. When she brought us steak knives she threw them on the table and when we ordered a bottle of wine she uncorked it, put the cork back in and plopped it on the table. We expected a heck of a lot better food and service based on the prices.

    It’s should be noted in the advertisement for this place that it is at the ski resort- not near the resort. It was like a loud cafeteria full of kids with plastic cups. We sat at the bar and was served a warm small glass of white wine for $11. We decided to leave and didn’t even have dinner. Not a place for date night.

    We ate at Berrelli’s Saturday night, January 27th. The dining area had a rustic yet upscale feel and we enjoyed the view of the slopes. The food was overall delicious and the homemade sauce was especially good. Our waitress (Heidi) was incredible - attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. We appreciated her help in selecting our wine. We definitely recommend this restaurant.

    We had a great dinner at Berrellis! We were seated right away when we arrived (even though we were a few minutes early) and the hostess and server were both very attentive and friendly. The food was very reasonably priced in comparison with other restaurants on the resort (none of which was nearly as nice as Berrellis) and everything we ordered was very tasty. Worth the short walk from Camelback Resort!

    We visited this restaurant for my daughter’s 18th birthday as part of our weekend ski vacation. I booked the reservation over 1 month in advance and noted that we were celebrating my daughter’s birthday. When we arrived we were seated at a table that was near the hostess station area and kitchen while there was an open table near the windows with a view. We asked to be moved to the table with a view and were accommodated. The restaurant was very noisy with many young children but did improve as the evening went on. The service from our waitress was a bit off. She was pleasant and apologetic about the noise level but did not offer us a drink menu or take our drink order. After placing our dinner order she then took our drink order. The food prices were very high and portions were small. The $69 cowboy ribeye was small and only served with two small pieces of broccoli. After we paid and were walking out we heard two other birthday celebrations taking place and free tiramisu being offered to those tables which was not offered to us. We then asked if the hostess could call the hotel to request the shuttle come since it was 0 degrees and windy outside and the hostess said she could not call the shuttle and that we would need to wait outside in front of the sign with the restaurants name for the shuttle to come. It was a disappointing and over priced dining experience. We would not recommend or return again.

    Start to finish this was a pleasant experience! The waitstaff was courteous and our server was nothing less than attentive and accommodating! We started with the crabcake which was rich and plentiful. We followed with the chicken parm and carbonara. The Chicken Parmesan was also a good size and tasty. I wouldn’t say the best I ever had but definitely enjoyable! The carbonara on the other hand was top-tier! I definitely left full and satisfied. Would most definitely return in the future!

    The majority of the items on the menu were not available as they sold out due to the busy weekend ~ filet mignon, short ribs, calamari, banana fosters...pretty much everything that we wanted. I waited 30 minutes for my wine and when I asked the status of it I was told that they were out of the wine. My entree was completely raw ~ I had to send it back and wait 20 minutes while the rest of my party enjoyed their entree. The waitress seemed to disappear and was not present...for a location charging NYC pricing I would have thought it would have all items on the menu and food cooked properly....I left very disappointed.

    Horrific service. 7 o clock reservation for two couldn’t be seated for 15 minutes because “so many people just walked in.” We order a beer and dirty martini. They ran out of olives and we were ok with it but they even offered to run to the restaurant next door to get some. We get our food and no drink is provided for the entire meal. They then tell us they gave the martini to the wrong person. Don’t waste your money on an overpriced and overcrowded restaurant as their service ruined our anniversary meal. Food was the only saving grace and came quick but the service aspect was absolutely terrible.

    Not a good experience. This was our second time to the restaurant and likely our last. We were sat 45 mins after our reservation time. The waitress was nice but flustered at “the busy night”. The burrata appetizer was terrible. My dinner came out dry and like warm. When I asked for more sauce, the waitress went on to do everything else other than get that. She returned when all of my family was done their meal with the wrong sauce. Just not a good experience. Food was mediocre at best. The meatball was dry and really terrible. We were also told they cannot make any changes like adding protein to a pasta dish, etc. Doesn’t seem like a nice restaurant that is so set in their ways that they cannot make any changes. Really unhappy with the experience.

    Had 8pm reservations for a family of 4. We arrived 5-10 mins early just incase they could seat us earlier. We were told upon check in to have a seat and they’d get us when the table was ready. We waited for 30 mins for a table and watched people who checked in after us get seated first. After about 25 mins of waiting I asked the hostess if we were still on the list (just incase maybe they forgot to check us in). She was very abrupt and a little rude and said (in no fewer words) they’d be right with us and to have a nice day. Okkkkk…… once we were seated we noticed that there were about 8 tables around us that were empty. These remained empty throughout our entire meal. Maybe they’re short staffed? We ordered our drinks from the hostess, received them, then the waitress came over (about 15 mins after we sat down). We placed our orders, calamari, Caesar salad, steak with bernaise sauce, and 2 kids burgers. The calamari was very good. My boys enjoyed the bread that was brought out. Then dinner came out. It was dropped by runners who literally ran right off. The boys burgers were brought with no ketchup, the steak was missing the sauce and had no steak knife, also no salt and pepper on the table or offered for the salad. We waited another 15 mins until we were able to catch our waitress to tell her all of the things that were missing. She brought it out but the bernaise was cold. Not even a sauce… more of a congealed blob. The boys barely ate their burgers and said they didn’t like it. So when she checked in with us we told her the kids didn’t like their food. She took it away and didn’t ask if they wanted anything else. They ate some of the steak and just munched on bread. When the bill came out we noticed the kids meals were still in there. At this point I was completely done. We paid and left. We had gone as a dinner for my birthday which was made note of at the time we made the reservation. Definitely not a place I will be returning to.

    Service was amazing! The pear salad was delicious! Bread and dipping oil are perfect. I ordered the Rigatoni, and the portion was huge! It's definitely a two meal amount.
