   The kitchen unfortunately messed up our skillet order two times and the French toast was really overdone and difficult to cut and eat. This is my first time having an issue with the food here, it’s normally excellent.

   It was a fun brunch with my friend, however, the only thing I was not satisfied was that it took our server a while to bring water at the beginning of service. Place looked under staffed but I think the place could be watchful and ask servers to check in with guests shortly after seated. Food was great, drinks were awesome !

   The food was really good, however, it took an absurd amount of time to get our second round of drinks and over an hour for our food to come. We were told the number of modifications to our food it why it was taking so long, modifications being no bacon on a sandwich. Our food came and one person in our group did not get theirs and came out roughly 20 minutes later and by that point, we were all done with our food since we waited so long for ours to begin with. The food was great and the restaurant was super cute but the service truly took away from the whole experience.

    I love this place but for the life of me can’t figure why the quality of service has plummeted. Waiting 15 min for drinks in a near empty place, bar was slow, food was average. Food actually beat the drinks (granted it was just hummus). I know I’ll give them at least one more chance, but the last two times were below average experiences.

    The drinks and ambience was good. Service was also good but the food was not good at all. I went during happy hour and had the chicken wings and turkey burger sliders and they were not the best.

    Spicy chicken sandwich was a joke - bun fell apart immediately, chicken quality was low. Service was incredibly slow. Drinks were good but overpriced.

    Food was pretty solid for lunch. Salmon burger was very flavorful and colleague had the falafel sandwich which he really enjoyed. Service great!

    I really enjoyed my meal at Bernies. We did find the serice to be a tad slow, and it took about 20 minutes for us to get our drinks, but once we ordered our food, everything picked back up to a standard pace. The Hummus was one of the best I've had (and I've had a lot of hummus). The seabass was perfectly crispy and delicious. The burger was also very tasty - splurge for the egg and bacon!

    Love the vibe here but unfortunately the food wasn’t quite as good. The octopus appetizer was great but the rest of the meal fell a little flat. The pizza was soggy in the middle and the gnocchi was just okay, the elote did have good flavor but a little more spice would have been nice. Finally for dessert the gelato was very tasty but the cookies were so so. The cocktails were great and our server was very nice though he was very busy for most of our meal.

    The food here is fabulous. Executive chef Jordan Beverung turns out consistently delicious and creative food. The service is also wonderful. This is a wonderful place to go before Symphony or theater.

    Had a 6:45 reservation, got there a few minutes after only to be rudely told by the hostess we should in the future know they only hold reservations for 20 minutes, confused I told her we weren’t close to 20 minutes late.. she said the reservation was at 6:30. I offered to show her my app and she just basically turned away from me. Drink service was super slow but drinks were good. Food was timely and fab.
