   I really wanted to love Berber. My group and I reserved the dinner show. Ambiance was amazing. The show was good, Heather and the drummer where the best part of the experience. However, the rest of the experience was a major let down— from the inattentive service to overpriced and lack luster food and options. Major disappointment!!

   Usually at dinner shows either the food is good and the performance is ok or the food is ok and the performance is good. At Berber, both are outstanding! I have been to Berber twice and will continue to return. KIPPY is the best!! Berber Love!! Cheers, Roger

   Great discovery - food was very good but the service was excellent . small venue and some "show" happening upstairs so some noise (energy came from upstairs). Will return.

   loved the food, vibe, and service! we met one of the owners and got free shots after a short convo. i had a special desert request and the host and servers came together to make it truly special! i love this place and will definitely be back to check out their performance private rooms!

   Overall we had a good time. I didn’t like sitting by the kitchen door it was cold and bothersome with waiter activity. Everything else was very good!

   We did their twilight show experience. It was absolutely stellar. Every table is a good table in that space. The guy playing drums was really fabulous and at first I thought the music was a little bit loud. But once we started dinner and the first act performed it was just heaven. All the performances were absolutely outstanding and professional. The food was an amazing value. The show comes with a prix fixe menu that was an amazing value considering we also had such a wonderful show to accompany each course. They also had some substitutions available for gluten-free etc. (I actually have a shellfish allergy but that wasn’t an issue with the menu they served.) The performances are staggered with the courses so you have a chance to talk with your dinner companions about the food and the talent. Every course was fabulous save one. Neither my wife or I very much enjoyed the dessert course but that was more personal preference than any real misstep, except for very mushy baklava, which is usually crisp (truly the ONLY misstep of the ENTIRE evening.) We HIGHLY recommend checking out Berber, especially for their special events. The staff was SO attentive with every detail having been thought of from the minute you enter to the second you leave. We will definitely come back!

   It was our last night in San Francisco, there was a live band in the front dining area. We have tickets to their show and 3 course meal. We added a cocktail pairing as well. The show was great and so was the food! A great find in a city full of amazing restaurants.

    Brunch menu was limited and portions were small. Surprised to see entrees like chicken & waffles; expected more Moroccan dishes. Good service.

    The sunday party is incredible! As new parents we can't do much that's fun (RIP club nights) so having this monthly party is a great outlet for us. Also the way that its set up (2 seatings only) so that you can get up and down out of your seat for a few hours is SO great. Please do this every Sunday!

    Poor and dirty not clean and service is terrible , the restaurant is expensive and the menu has little options not a lot of options. This is not good when their is no car park and the staff are rude. Tables and chairs are uncomfortable

    The food at Berber is fabulous. The service, however, needs a lot of help! We were rushed through the meal, our appetizers arrived, immediately, followed very closely by our main courses, and nothing was cleared in between. We had to ask five or six times for serving implements and fresh plates. A minor thing, but still meaningful is that they only have Small plates, even for main courses, which makes it messy and hard to manage if you are sharing. We were asked about every two minutes for 10 or 15 minutes whether we were done or not. The place is hopping so I can understand if they want to turn over tables quickly, but this left a bad taste in our mouths even with delicious food.

    he entire experience was unique. The dinner Show with five entertainers was very fun - a bit loud but we should have expected that. The violinist, belly dancer and two dancers on the hoop and ropes were mesmerizing. We went to celebrate a birthday and was the perfect venue. The food was delicious - classic Moroccan with a twist. Since we had just returned from a month in Morocco it was very special

    Our Valentines dinner at Berber was so much fun! It was Flamenco night and the performers were fantastic. The three course meal was delicious- maybe not as intricate as it might be on a regular night with no show, but very enjoyable. The warmed olives served as a nibble were a revelation, the lamb was tender and well-spiced, the bread was great. The cocktail menu is fun, not used to paying over $20 for one though! They did use exotic ingredients and the ones we had were really good, but we kept ourselves to one each due to the price. Overall highly recommended- my husband was delighted with his valentine outing!

    The food and wine pairings were good. I didn’t appreciate that although they only give you a 5 min grace period, they were not ready to seat anyone until 10 min after the reservation time and wouldn’t even “check us in”. There were about 16 tables ahead of us so we weren’t seated until 15-20 min after our reservation time. And to add to that they copied my name down from their OpenTable to whatever internal system they had so they “lost” my reservation which took additional time to sort out and adding to the frustration of seating. After being sat things got much better service wise and the food was quite good. The entertainment was adequate, less acts than I would have thought and the sound system was WAY too amplified for the space. Honestly the MC/singer didn’t need to be mic’d at all and the music for the acts would have had the same effect / energy at half the volume (and would have been a more pleasant experience).

    Waiter staff & bartender did not know much about what they offer. At times could not find the staff for over 15 minutes three times. We would not come back!

    Great experience! Performances were amazing, host and violinist were funny and oh so talented. Cocktails by Bo were tasty and strong (Bedouin Blend and Figsation. GET THEM!) Food was delicious and plentiful.

    Fantastic food selection. Ambiance is great, it'll literally take you to Morocco. Staffs are very friendly which is a plus. Cons? Probably it's a bit noisy overall but not too bad.

    I requested a quiet table. Instead, after waiting for 20 minutes beyond our reservation time, they placed us next to a very large party or more than 20 people. The noise was so loud that even yelling we could not hear the person next to us. It was awful. To make matters worse, the service was slow and the wine’s mediocre. The food was okay but the noise was unbearable and ruined it for us.

    We took a complete chance on booking the Sunset Dinner experience and show during our recent trip to San Francisco and we were not disappointed! The care and communication of the wait staff, host, and performers was top notch. The food was outstanding and filling as the three course meal hit every high note. Our dinner was a trio of dips, bread, soup, lamb tagine, and a pistachio gelato served overtop of baklava. As great as the food was, the entertainment was the highlight. Flamenco, belly dancing, singing, the aerialist were all superb, and the violinist stole the show - having his own performance but then accompanying everyone else. Phenomenal!

    I brought friends to celebrate a friend’s birthday and from the moment we walked in I could tell it would be a perfect evening! We started with a bottle of bubbly from @beauxtender after we were checked in by @stara_. Dinner and wine pairings were delicious and the entertainment fun, uplifting and magical. Clearly the performers enjoyed sharing their talent. We attended the Nightfall show. High energy, well executed! I highly recommend!

    If youre not sitting in the main room for the show the atmosphere is odd/cold. The servers didnt attend our table and felt like we were just kept to one side. When we flagged someone down they were great an energetic, bur felt like we were an after thought to the other customers attending the belly dancing show. Unless youre going to the show, there are better places to to
