    The service was impeccable and, as someone who has travelled extensively through Peru, can attest to its authenticity. The tasting menu is an incredible value considering the quantity and quality of the dishes. I also highly recommend the Ceviche Nikkei - a beautiful Peruvian-Japanese fusion ceviche elevated by the addition of soy sauce, seaweed, daikon, and chilis. Cocktails were made fresh and potent. Though the pisco sour was adequate (no visible use of bitters so was lacking some depth), the pisco margarita with salt directly from Maras was a standout.

    始めて訪れた店でしたが、気取らず、気楽に入れる店。店員さんの対応も良かったです。総合的に、味、雰囲気、共に良い感じの店でした。友人にもオススメしたいです。

    久しぶりにペルー料理を食べたが、日本人の味覚にあっていると思う。 いろどりも綺麗で、サービスの方の説明も丁寧で素敵な時間を過ごすことが出来た。再来店したい。
