Benihana offers freshly prepared Asian cuisine and entertaining culinary-centered performances the whole family can enjoy. Each dining station is assigned a personal chef, trained in the ancient practice of teppanyaki, who flips and spins the utensils while chopping and cooking fresh ingredients over a hot griddle. Meals incorporate the diner's choice of shrimp, lobster, chicken or steak and come with onion soup, salad, fried rice with vegetables and ice cream for dessert. Benihana also has a full bar with a selection of beer, cocktails and sake.The restaurant is located in the heart of downtown Seattle and features serene Japanese gardens that set the stage wonderfully for the dining experience.
