   Waited 40 minutes to be sat with a reservation and there were only 2 tables sat in the entire restaurant. Had to go back to the kitchen to find someone to even come up front to greet us after half an hour. There was only was server who was in the weeds and hostess was helping send out salads and soups. No manager to be found. 30 minutes for a drink order once sat. Another 30 minutes for soup/salad and drinks. Took over 3 1/2 hours for dinner and the restaurant was empty. Don't know what's going on but by far the worst service and dinner I've ever had anywhere.

   Food was great service was horrible. Took us hour and a half to get her food. Don’t believe in half an hour to see us even with the reservation.

   It was not busy but once we checked in, sat down, got our drinks, came over to say “just to let you know we are out of ALL steaks.” I’m sorry but that should have been disclosed before we sat down since that is half the menu. It’s Father’s Day weekend and they could not even serve us for the whole reason we went there to begin with. They should close down.

   This is not the Benihana (or Genjis) of the past. The menu was reduced. The food was flaccid. The grill was too hot. The care and showmanship was gone. I am not sure what has happened here but it is sad. This has been a favorite spot for years and I think we finally have to scratch it off our list of places to go.

   Terrible experience! They were out of everything! Filet, scallops, lobster, lettuce, broccoli, carrots, green tea ice cream and to go silverware. No discounts and extremely expensive! First time and last time!

   Reservation was at 530. Half of our party of 6 received their meal at 715. After waiting 1 hour and 45 minutes for our meals one of us were told they were out of what he ordered. Not sure why it would take that long to determine that. I felt bad for our server as it was not his fault and he did the best he could. Food was average at best. Tables in the area remained full of dirty dishes the entire time we were there.

   Waited 45 minutes past reservation time to be sat, then another 45 minutes to place drink orders, was in the restaurant past closing. Manager said short staffing was the issue.

   The wait time was extremely long. We had a reservation for 5:30 pm. We did not have the chef come to our table until 7:30pm. We did not finish our meal until 10pm. There was a lot of wait time between soup, salad, and cooking.

    We’ve been there multiple times but this time was the worst! the food wasn’t good steak and chicken over cooked. I believe our chef was new he was nice but he over peppered everything forgot to cook with teriyaki sauce, my husband’s shrimp had tails still left on them and was not cut up. we barely ate while we were there and brought rest home but I don’t think we will be eating the rest of it all you taste is straight pepper. Definitely wasn’t worth the $100 we spent I don’t think we will be back.
