Located on the Las Vegas strip at the premier Fashion Show Mall, we feature a sushi bar, cocktail lounge and bar, outdoor patio and indoor dining area. Guests looking for the Benihana experience can dine at one of 18 teppanyaki tables. Benihana Las Vegas Strip’s sushi bar offers a more casual atmosphere where guests can watch master sushi chefs at one of four sushi bar tables.

Benihana Las Vegas Boulevard easily accommodates larger groups, with two teppanyaki tables seating parties of 12 and a sushi-area community table fitting a group of 10. Perfect for special events or parties, the restaurant can also seat guests in two semi-private dining rooms, where they can enjoy the teppanyaki show in their own space. An 18% service charge is added to all guest checks for parties of eight or more. This service charge will be paid directly to the employees who provided service to you.

    Served cold soup. When we asked about it, we were told it was from what was left in the bottom of the pot... Like wtf? Waited over an hour from the time we were seated until a chef finally arrived. Good thing we weren't in a rush... Chef was friendly but quiet compared to the others around us

    We reserved because it was a hirthday celebratuon a group of 6. It took a while to get sitted while we saw there was not much people in the reataurant. When the guy came there were several people behind us as well. He look so confused in my perception. When he brought us to our table there 2 orher guest behind us. I talked ti him asked him of we can have table just for our group he said no he needs to fill all up the table later i saw other groups in a table just 4 and 5s i was so disappointed he dis kot entertain my request bad service

    Jace is fantastic! Best hibachi chef we’ve ever had! We had a new server (it was told to us it was his first day) he was great too! You could tell he was nervous but he did awesome! I can’t say enough about how great Jace was! Especially with my 3 teenage boys! Loved talking to him! And he has a great hibachi background!! Love that he shared that with us! Food was fantastic! The Yakisoba noodles are amazing!!!

    Loved the location but even with reservations, they were 25 minutes late to seat us. Once we were seated, it was an hour until the cook showed up to cook the food. The cook was new, we were tired and ready to eat but kept a positive attitude. The cook had a great attitude and tried to please all customers. The food was ok and service was good. Overall, not the best experience but not the worst either.

    Did not enjoy the Benihana in the fashion show mall on the strip. The Benihana at the West Gate is much better. Better ambiance and service. We waited 20mins after our reservation time and the another 30mins before the chef arrived at the table. Not a good experience for what we paid.

    For the price, I expected my food to come out correct & fully cooked. I was served the wrong items multiple times & then served undercooked meat. For the price, I would expect the food to be of higher quality rather than food I give my dog. Never again

    Long wait even with reservation. Lack of acknowledgment. Chef did the best he could…could’ve been way better for the cost highly overpriced compared to other Benihana locations (tourist prices)
