Never in my life have I had to wait 90 minutes for the food to arrive. We showed up at 8 pm and the chef didn’t arrive until 9:30. Our server was extremely rude and had every excuse imaginable. It took 20 minutes for my friend’s drink to arrive after mine. The salads didn’t show up until an hour after we sat down and when I asked her where they were, she said in the rudest way possible, right now! Finally at 9:20 I went to the host stand and demanded the manager and another guest at my table followed me to do the same. It was someone’s birthday at the table and she demanded we get a different server cause that’s how rude she was which they did. Not only was that service terrible but they had excuses instead of owning up to their bs. Luckily the food was very good and we all got a 30% discount and a free appetizer stub. I will never go to this location again.

Hello, arrived for my reservation. Proceeded to the bar and ordered a freshly made Mai tai because I don’t enjoy a batch made drinks. I requested a single/individual personally made fresh Mai tai. A bar tender tells me that I can’t order that drink because they are made and stored in large quantity. I’m shocked that a bartender with a fully stock bar would say this and refuse to produce a fresh Mai tai. It took me requesting a manager to address this ridiculous response from a trained bartender refusing an order with a fully stocked bar. The manager agreed to produce the drink and then the bar tender charges me for a dark meyers rum on the rock when I ordered a Mai tai. All very bizarre and weird to me. A paying customer should have options to order any beverage that’s requested. Especially, since I order a freshly made Mai tai every time I dine at Benihana. However, the teppanyaki service was great and the food was delicious perusal.

If you want to dine here have LOTS of patience. Even with a Reservation at 8:30 and yes the guy at the front told us they were a little behind we got seated at 9:10 and it was 10:30 and our chef was no where to be seen. I felt bad for Brittany our waitress she did everything possible to keep us content offered drinks soups salads but it was a lot of waiting and this was for a party of 11 and mind you it was my brothers graduation. I have been to other Benihana’s but this never happened. I feel you I work in the medical field I know what is it to have people wait but with a reservation it was ridiculous.

Es mi segunda vez en Benihana, la primera vez fue una experiencia a ciegas, pero esa segunda vez hicimos la orden y les faltó darme el arroz de mi hijo, y aún así me lo cobraron, no salí satisfecha

I usually have a wonderful experience but this afternoon was one of the worse for the books. I’m not sure if the chef was new or he was just nervous but my dinner ended before it began. It started with the chef and ended with the chef. He attempted to do his tricks before he starts the show and as he was coming to an end he spun the one of his utensils and unfortunately it hit my glass and the entire glass spilled over and wet me entirely. I was so wet i couldn’t even get my food cooked for me. As i came home and attempted to charge my phone its telling me my charger port is wet. What a bummer. And to makes matters worse the Chef said he’s sorry and just went back to cooking. He didn’t attempt to help or assist in anything. I totally understand he has a job to do but my goodness you just wet up a customer the least you can do is assist. I believe the manger name is PAUL he did apologize and i called him to follow up about my wet device and he put me on hold for over 25 mins! I will follow up with corporate to discuss this horrible manner. Hope no one else have to experience something so terrible!

Our chef Christian was awesome and really took the time to get to know us and create a fun experience for my daughter on her birthday. He was really interactive and had us do more than just catch the shrimp in your mouth, he shaped the fried rice into a 7 and had us catch egg shells in a bowl. It was such a fun experience and this location is nicer than the Anaheim location so we drive from Orange County for this location.
