I have been to Benihana many times for many years. This was not up to par with all of my other visits. The chef and servers were great but the food was not up to par. It seemed like everyone at my table felt the same way. I noticed the other patrons pulled their protein out of their plate saying it’s tasteless. My wife and I felt the same way. Prices up but quality down. Even the salad dressing was bad and green tea was cold. There are other hibachi restaurants in my area like Saitos that I just might have to try.

They don’t even deserve one star. Me and my boyfriend had reservations. and our server messed up our entire order not only that he put in our order 3 minutes before closing .

Yesterday, we had a not-so-good experience, mainly with the Chef cooking our meal. Our server was Summer, who is always awesome, and this feedback is not a reflection of her, but the chef who prepared our meal. The food was not prepared as we asked, and even after sending it back, it was returned back to us in the same way. Not the best experience - we will work with the management to address this.
