They don’t even deserve one star. Me and my boyfriend had reservations. and our server messed up our entire order not only that he put in our order 3 minutes before closing .

Yesterday, we had a not-so-good experience, mainly with the Chef cooking our meal. Our server was Summer, who is always awesome, and this feedback is not a reflection of her, but the chef who prepared our meal. The food was not prepared as we asked, and even after sending it back, it was returned back to us in the same way. Not the best experience - we will work with the management to address this.

I celebrated my birthday. They song to me in English and Japanese. The 6 people at the table with us were delightful. The chef was amazing

My wife and I went in to Benihana in Boca Raton last night to use her birthday gift card. We ended up having an entire hibachi to ourselves. Our waiter said it was only his 3rd night on the floor. Between the waiter, and the chef, it may have been our best trip to Benihana ever. I asked for the spicy rice, and the chef made some suggestions, including mixing the sriracha hot sauce with the yum yum sauce and it was great! Then he made my spicy rice differently as well and it turned out amazing. He added butter and sriracha to my rice bowl and let it coat the sides. Then added the rice and put it upside down on the plate like normal. When you pull the bowl off, you have a buttery hot sauce running down the sides of your rice and it's also amazing. All in all, the staff was great, the food was excellent, and my wife really enjoyed her birthday. Thanks Benihana!

Jasmine and the team, as always, delivered excellent customer service and an awesome dining experience. You can see the excellent team work with the staff which is a direct reflection of the GM John leadership style. We see John frequently engaged and helping and supporting the team. Manager who took order entered it wrong in system, had to wait for my lobster tail to arrive 20 minutes later, food was already cold. My birthday certificate came with free ice cream dessert, never received it. No discount was even offered. There is ALWAYS a problem in this restaurant, from the chef cooking the food to the waitresses/waiter forgetting something you requested to longer waiting times to actually sit down after your reservation time. They always have a excuse
