Aaron R. was an awesome chef and very entertaining! Unfortunately, the AC was BLASTING which made the night uncomfortable the whole time. Waited over 30 min past reservation to even get our drinks served and at 45 min mark we finally got the soup and salads. Lobster was mediocre and not worth the price but the rest of the food was very good.

Celebrated our 6 yr old Great Nephew's birthday at Addison location last night. Much nicer and cleaner than the Coit Road location we went to last year. The staff was super friendly and made his birthday extra special.

Benihana food is always good. This time, our chef didn’t talk to us at all and didn’t do anything fun. He acted like he didn’t want to really be there. I even told him it was my granddaughters first time. For $200 plus dollars, you pay for a fun time. 😞

Tenemos más de 10 años visitando los restaurantes de Benihana y nunca habíamos tenido una experiencia tan mala, empezando porque nos sentaron y tomaron 30 min para ir a ofrecernos algo de tomar y eso porque fui a quejarme con las hostess si no creo que hubiera sido mucho más tiempo, después mi esposo ordenó yum yum sauce con la mesera desde que ordenó su plato y no se la trajeron asta que casi terminaba la cena (y eso que fueron 4 veces que se le dijo a la mesera) después quisimos ordenar más bebidas con alcohol y nos dijeron que ya estaba cerrada eran las 10:10 y de ahí pedimos coconut mojito y me trajo regulares! Si no es por el chef JUAN que fue muy atento con nosotros y trato de darnos todo lo mejor posible…

The chef was absolutely amazing! There were so many different orders that were out of the norm and he did great! The waitress was not great - slow and seemed bothered when we asked for things
