   I enjoyed my manila clams in garlic broth with a big slice of toasted miche bread. The truffle fries are well made,and a great value. The dining room gets very loud, could hardly hear my dining companion across the table. We were seated near the front door, not an ideal spot, when there were plenty of tables farther in. The two tables seated after us were served while we were still waiting. Finally we got the attention of the hostess and asked if we could get service. She found some guy in the back who came to take our order. Sometime near the end of our meal, the server who ignored us to begin with, came to give us the dessert menu and then the check.

   The food was great baked eggs was delicious, chickpea could have been softer. Carnitas bowl, amazing but portion was small. The portions could have been bigger. Overall it was great and the atmosphere was great

   In our opinion, the food was too salty while also lacking in flavor. The servers were very attentive and kind and gracious to accommodate our requests. We did the touring menu. I think if we had ordered our own by choice it would have been a better experience but we won't be returning.

   I had the ricotta pancakes with a nice vanilla sauce. Different and yummy. I look forward to returning and trying more dishes. The room gets a lot of light and is pleasant. One block from the market.

   For all the great reviews, we went. Our experience was mixed for food quality. The salmon was well prepared and fresh. The tagliatelle was not tagliatelle, but linguine (how does a restaurant not know the difference?) and was supposed to be sausage, but had a couple of bites at most. Service was lackadaisical; bussing all the silverware before the main, then throwing (almost literally) a couple of setups on the table when asked for more, without even looking to see if there were enough (there weren’t). Noisy and the waiter interrupted us mid-sentence a lot. Guess it was more convenient for him. Expensive for the food quality and experience. Wouldn’t recommend. Won’t go back.

    Had brunch with my sister and our best girlfriend. I’ve been here for dinner and had a great experience. Been wanting to try their brunch and glad I finally had the chance. The food met my expectations. The ambience was great and the food was wonderful. Will definitely be coming back.

    Do not order the grilled chicken, it’s cold rubbery processed chicken that you could get at subway. Given the menu I was expecting a freshly grilled chicken breast. Service was also very slow, would not come back here again

    The food was just okay, nothing special. The drinks were okay. The male server was amazing, he was only reason I gave a great tip. Over priced for the quality of food and drinks. Would not return.

    Service was great. If you do the tour the menu option, please plan for about 3 hours ~. Feel like they should let you know this at the beginning. Appetizers come out fast, but the entrees take a while to get ready. Food was good but not great.

    The chicken sandwich was dry and fried for too long (1/3 of the batter was burnt). Service was just mediocre, ambiance is nice, wouldn't return again.

    Celebrated a birthday, just the two of us. We opted for the tour of the menu by the chef. Wow! What a gem! This was by far the best dinner we have had in years. From the service, the food, to the cocktails. Absolutely amazing!! Totally recommend this hidden gem. Do the Tour of the Menu!!!

    Food is okay for the price, not much sweet breakfast items, so don’t come here if you like sweet brunch — the ricotta pancakes are hardly sweet (they’re nice though, nothing special).)I liked the salmon omelette & potatoes the best. Fried chicken sandwich sandwich is super crispy and spicy— fries were good! It’s a little steep for what you get price wise. But nice. Excellent service and atmosphere!

    Everything about this place is wonderful! The wallpaper and flowers standout out and set the stage. The homemade cocktail idea is fantastic. The brunch meals are scrumptious. It’s the perfect place for a special occasion. The service was outstanding. We felt well cared for❤️

    There was this really bad odor like someone spilled apple cider vinegar, especially by the bathroom and in the hallway. Other than that I liked it for my first time, but probably won’t be returning for weekend brunch menu was not good. If I return I’d rather try the lunch or dinner menu.

    Chef Paul knocked it out of the park again and his talents in cooking will certainly be missed in Seattle. I hope that Ben Paris will have a good replacement, most importantly, keep these excellent dishes, like octopus and duck confit!

    We got the Chef’s selection. Every. single. bit. was. delicious !! The cocktails were perfection! What we didn’t eat they happily packed it up for us!     I had an excellent experience at Ben Paris. The food was truly exceptional - we opted for the tasting menu and were blown away by a host of delicious foods that left us full and happy. The portions were also incredibly generous and perfect for sharing with the table. What really stood out, however, was the attentive and knowledgeable service. Our server made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. If you're looking for a memorable dining experience with exceptional food and service, I highly recommend Ben Paris.

    Food is good as is location. Disappointed in change in menu though glad to see scallops replaced Manila clams. Be nice to have another fish option even if just sockeye salmon. Also the burrata salad was a great constant. Wish they would keep it on the menu

    We ate at Ben Paris twice while staying at The State Hotel, once for brunch, and then for dinner and every meal was amazing! The flavors delectable! Wish we had this restaurant at home.

    Beautiful brunch spot. Ricotta pancakes were delicious and huge portion. Do not order the chicken sandwich it is way too crispy not even possible to eat it.

    We had a lovely dinner at Ben Paris. From the greeting to the cocktails and all of the food in between. Everything was spot on and super flavorful. If you are a gimlet fan have them make you one. They are perfect. Thanks Justin for your lovely service and your fabulous pickle shirt.

    Ben Paris has the vibe of a happening place. One block from the Pike Place Market and in a refurbished and smart-looking boutique hotel, we had a bang-up brunch. Our group of 5 had ricotta pancakes, avocado toast, shakshuka (Middle Eastern dish of baked eggs in tomato sauce; they added chickpeas, avocado and feta) and fried eggs with Andouille sausage. Everything was excellent. The Yukon potatoes were superb! Plenty of drink choices. Service was excellent. The waitress was also an expert at photography and got us all in 3 different shots!
