Dale and Patricia Leffel have always had a passion for serving good food and providing great service. In 1977, the couple moved to Marshfield, Dale’s birthplace. They fell in love with the area, and so decided to share their passion with Marshfield and the surrounding communities. An idea of a restaurant for families and visitors came to their mind. They knew what they wanted to do: open up a supper club to serve the surrounding area. After thorough searching for land for their new endeavor, they stumbled upon a few acres just a couple miles north of Marshfield. They instantly loved the property, and built the Belvedere Supper Club in 1984. Their dream at that time was just an open field. Thus the name Belvedere, or “open view,” was born.

                                                                                                                            It is so wonderful to see Dale & Pat Leffel back in charge at the Belvedere and so sorry that those others who had taken over the business for sum odd months were not at all ready to entertain the public. That being said the Belvedere to us is warm & homey ! The staff is wonderfully accommodating. Whether it be a home cooked meal from the menu or the buffet. We most enjoy there holiday events. Easter was fantastic. It was a bit of a wait but that was because so many had come to eat ; it was well worth the wait. The Belvedere had a full round Salad Bar in the center of our dining area. The Buffet was constantly being refilled so everything was good and hot. Now the Fireside room was spectacular.It had wall to wall desserts,pies.cookies & bars and a Chocolate Fountain YUM!! The price for all that was so fair! Thank You Dale & Pat ; so glad you are back in charge , the atmosphere is always elegant & clean . What I like the most is that Pat brings from the kitchen the old world recipes not found in food chain restaurants. My husband loves the Beef tips and my favorite is Cabbage Rolls. We have never had a unfriendly or awful dining experience at your business.We will be back !! Sincerely Thank You from Glenn & Deb

                                                                                                                            It's a fun retro feeling supper club. The linen napkin, fine dining experience. Not fancy but nice for dinner conversation. Fifties jazz playing in the background. We had steaks...done perfectly..and shrimp done two ways and they were good. Salad bar leaves a little to be desired, but it was a great value for good food at a good price.
