Perfect as usual. Excellent service and delicious food.
Most appalling customer service perhaps in all of London! We asked for some extra food to take away with us, only to find out later at home that some of it is missing, called them back and all they said was sorry we forgot to give it to you bye!!!!
I loved my Chelo Khoobideh dish. It was very well prepared, served really hot and tastes so good! I will go back again.
Very good service and food. Great atmosphere. Recommended
The restaurant was clean and set out beautifully
We were greeted well at the door and seated us in a comfortable spot. We needed a gluten-free options, remember stuff bought us the allergy list and explain to us what we can have.
When the food arrived it was presented very nicely and it tasted even better, we did finish the meal off with a pot of tea which was again beautifully presented.
The food was reasonably priced and big portions. Will definitely be coming back
Delicious food, excellent service
Booked a table only to go and to be told the restaurant is closed. Tried to book another table somewhere on the app it didnt allow me because of double booking
As always the food was delicious and plentiful with faultless service even though the restaurant was busy..
good food and menu.
vast variety of items
Was ignored for 30min no one came to take drink order or order completely ignored unfortunately no social distancing was followed at this premise only reason I gave 2 as I came here before and food was good but this occasiona it was too busy was ignored completely I can understand under staff due to Covid but no need for ignorance there were few other people I saw the disappointment on there face I don’t usually give bad reviews but I had to this occasion please advice customer when short staff and at least serve or take their drink order
My favourite Persian restaurant in London. Delicious food, wonderful ambience and superb service.
Lovely food and friendly service. Clean tidy and adhered to new COVID19 regulations.
I had a fabulous night with delicious food in Beluga.
The food was very sickening and left me with a stomach ache for the next two days.
The chicken was left over and I spoke to the waiter about it and expressed that this food is not fresh and the chicken taste very bad ...
they dismissed the fact that the food was not up to my licking and continued to charge me with no discount and laughed it off as if I was not a valued customer ! I paid £95 that day and the results were that I was in bed for the following 2 days .... very very disappointed
Rose on arrival for Valentine’s Day was a nice touch. Starters were very tasty and the pistachio bread was truly delicious. Main course of sliced lamb fillet was less successful, with the meat having a slightly unpleasant taste (for our palettes, so it might have just been the spices). Baklava dessert was delicious as not over-honeyed, as is so often the case. Definitely worth a return visit.
One of the best Persian restaurants I've been to in London. The food is great and the service was good. Would definitely go there again.
Certainly the worst restaurant we have ever eaten in. Those. Just do not go into this place however attractive it might look from the outside or social media. I don't even know where to start. From disgusting cold food to poor service to the attitude of restaurant staff nothing about this place is pleasant. This is not how it works and this is not how Persian food is meant to be! Don't bother honestly, it's a waste of your time 👎
My first visit, over a year ago was good. This time the service was unbelievable - empty restaurant and yet the staff could not be available as they were too busy on their phones or walking around without making eye contact. Not impressed and will not go back.
We went to beluga restaurant with my wife and her friends from Australia.
When we Went in it was very quiet and the decor was very nice.
Upon taking a seat , we ordered starters and mains by a member of staff (female) that looked like she was very angry. She started by saying “what do you want” in a very bad manner.
We ordered our food but felt very uncomfortable. While we were eating our starters , one of the 3 main courses arrived. Which was very bizarre as 1. Food has to come out at same time and 2. We had not finished our starters.
We sent it back and once we had finished the mains came in.
On the mains we asked for barberries one the rice when we ordered them but had seen that none had been put.
We then had to ask 3 different members of staff for the berries but it didn’t come.
The food was very nice however the taste of the meat was excellent.
Once finished we asked for the bill and on the bill it had the barberries as extra but it wasn’t given to us .
I felt so uncomfortable and wanted to leave that I couldn’t be bothered to argue with the waitress who had no interest in being or working there. I do not believe she should be in the service sector or any of the other staff for that matter. So I just paid the bill and we left.
The most bizarre moment however was when I received a call from the restaurant whilst I was in there eating. I Picked up the phone and a gentleman was angry to me on the phone asking me why I was 45 minutes late ?? I then told him that I was in-fact inside his restaurant eating. He then shut the phone on my face instead of apologising with a simple “ oh sorry about that it was a mistake“ and come over to the table. He ignored me for the whole night.
Overall I feel sorry for the chefs at the back as the food was excellent but they don’t have the service or culture that involves to run a restaurant at the front of house .
One of my best Persian restaurants in Europe, really delicious food and friendly staff
Great service ! Very polite staff and very tasty food !
This has got to be my favorite Persian restaurant in London. What a discovery!!!
Last minute decision and it didn't disappoint. The food was really tasty and value for money. Although service was slow even though there was only 3 tables but would definitely still recommend.
Great food. Generous portions. Everyone enjoyed their meals. Next time we'll have a better idea on how much food to order. Recommend the shared desert with saffron ice cream and lots of other delicious deserts. Also do try the Persian tea.
Great Persian food, service was amazing!
Persian stews and all starters are highly recommended.
Would be nice to be greeted by staff when entering or before ordering the food. Everything else was pretty decent, for a good value.
The food and service was amazing. This was my second time there and would go back again.
The service was incredibly rude. I was close to walking out at least twice. I was stunned at how they tear their diners - with complete disdain and the food is not authentic at all. Would never go back.
Very generous portions. We thought about choosing a starter but were pleased we didn't.
The food is good. Portions are big so they are worth the price for them. The service is terrible: the lady that served us was unpleasant, never smiled, had a look on her face that it was I who banned her father from Iran in 1979. We were celebrating our son's birthday and brought our own cake and asked to bring it in. They charged us for this 5 GBP for not even putting it on a plate, putting the knife and spoons in one pile to help ourselves. The service is below what you expect in a restaurant called Beluga. It would be perfect in Kebab House fast food. Don't go there on occasions. They have clients. Maybe if you are no Persian. It's my personal impression.
Mixed grill was very nice as was the rice. The side salad was utterly uninspired (literally few leaves and coarsely chopped tomatoes thrown together, no dressing).
Very opulent decor and nice location...but the state of the bathroom was totally disgusting.
Staff were pleasant and attentive enough.
Outstanding in every possible way. Highly recommended.
From the beginning if felt like the staff didn't want our party in the restaurant. Also all the meat served was over cooked.
Service was friendly, efficient. I thought the food was delicious and plentiful. Excellent value too.
Food is really excellent and one of the best Persian restaurants in London. Highly recommend the Chenjeh and Koobideh. The Khoresht (Ghormeh Sabzee in particular) is really amazing.
The food and space was nice but the same song was repeat for the whole evening
A bit pricey but the food quality and quantity very good plus excellent service
Très bien pour le cadre et la nourriture est superbe.
