Service excellent. Barramundi also great as usual, Parmii rather dry and overcooked. Very noisy. Also, extremely cold sitting by the side door opening all the time. Thanks to staff who found us another table.

Staff were polite and helpful, food was very enjoyable and arrived quickly after ordering. The atmosphere was nice with the fire burning. It was a very enjoyable experience.

Today the table for 4 is a bit small. We ordered entree and mains and the table is pretty full plus drinks and cutlery box.

We had a late booking for 40 people and Cameron at the Belrose Hotel really went out of his way to find a way to accommodate us. Kids and parents enjoyed the playground, food and drinks. The ice cream was the biggest hit, even on a cold wet day 😁

After booking our table and arriving at the exact time, we were advised by the waitress that there was no table available as per our booking but that she could arrange a table at the hotel area with the TVs and games. We were with our 3Y old son, booked the internal area with access to the playground and wouldn’t take him to an area full of TVs and adult programs. Incredibly disappointed and wouldn’t believe in the lack of interest to try to the bare minimum to assist us with a problem that had nothing to do with us. We ended up going to Frakies. Great food, respect to customers and no issues with our booking.

I love live music and love to see musicians supported but the music was very poor. It was so loud and was honestly just noise.
