  A wickedly delicious blend, light and easy to drink. Jersey Devil Red is an unoaked dry red blend with a fruity flavor that is exceedingly food friendly. Notes of plum, pomegranate, red cherry and clove give this wine a spirited complexity that still pairs perfectly with pizza or pasta dishes

  Brimming with red, pitted stone fruits, caraway and floral notes on the nose, the aroma of Solavita will captivate you before you take your first sip! An evolving palate of wild cherry and pithy strawberry is tied together with a hint of vanilla. This bold and unique table wine pairs with a wide variety of foods

• Chambourcin 2017$18.00

  A medium bodied red, with scents of thyme and black cherry. The palate follows through with lighter tannins and raspberry flavors. These flavors and scents blend beautifully in this vintage, which makes a wonderful addition to pork based dinners or chocolate desserts

• Coeur D'est 2017$25.00

  Coeur d'Est, or "Heart of the East", showcases the exceptional grape varieties that thrive in the Outer Coastal Plain of southern New Jersey. The aroma opens with berries and chocolate and transitions to raspberry and black tea flavors. With medium tannins and a full body, this wine would pair beautifully with Mediterranean dishes

  A hearty yet smooth red wine with a beautiful dark hue. With aromas of jasmine, sage and marjoram, and intriguing blackberry notes, this Petit Verdot will be a perfect partner for your heartiest meals

Dry White

• Pinot Grigio 2018$15.00

  This light dry wine pairs remarkably well with lighter seafood dishes. With its notes of citrus, and a crisp touch of acidity, it adds to the flavor of the fish while refreshing the palate between bites. Our Pinot Grigio should be served slightly chilled.   Our Chardonnay is a blend of oak aged and stainless steel aged Chardonnay from our vineyard, giving it a wonderful complexity. This is a creamy, medium-bodied white with green apple and vanilla flavors, styled after classic European Chardonnays
