Promising setting, disappointing food. Far from authentic Spanish cuisine. Too overpriced based on the food quality.
Perfect beyond belief
Took a while to get our table, but the hostess and waiter were super nice about it. Great food and cocktails - will definitely be back
Good food and good staff that is willing to fix mistakes if any occur.
Everything is prepared so well, best ingredients & authenticity. Service is excellent. The paella is superb!
Outstanding food, excellent friendly service. We will definitely go again!
Was there on a weeknight for dinner. It was not too busy and was fairly quiet. Our server was fantastic and the food was good. The food was good and a nice portion and the ambiance was appropriate for either a casual meal or a date.
It was a great dinner out with a friend and we really enjoyed the food, drinks (sangria) and deserts. Very quiet and intimate space for a quiet dinner.
The food was great, the waiter was wonderful, the hostess was terrible. A rude, combative, and unfriendly hostess nearly turned us away before being seated and truly enjoying the meal.
So glad that Bellota is back with indoor dining. Always a great dining experience!!
Wonderful service and food was fabulous as always.
Everything was delicious! Highly recommend this spot.
It was a good experience! Love everything about the restaurant! Staff was really good!
The staff seemed to be annoyed to be working. Service was hard to come by. Seats are on the street with no wind shelter on a windy street next to the freeway. The food was not even half the quality it was before the pandemic and the menu was limited. The wine list is ling with zero description of wines.
10/10 service, great food and drinks! Jorge (I think that's how you spell) treated us so well!
the pandemic has not fixated well for them. the food has declined, the prices remain high and the sidewalk atmosphere is beyond horrific. a hard pass!
No flavor & no real options.... I was looking forward to having a steak or some type of fish.
This is one of the best restaurants in the SOMA area! Fantastic!
Great small plates and paella. They have a nice parklet with heated lamps to help accommodate COVID restrictions. Highly recommend.
I absolutely love this place, and I know you would too! If you love Spanish food, I promise you'll love Bellota (and be sure to get the Jamón Ibérico de bellota!)
Was the lady night of outdoor dinning and it was our first year anniversary of marriage. It was a great plane to eat. It just made me a little sad because I wanted to take my wife to Europe and this restaurant tasted like Barcelona. You'll enjoy eating here
We had a reservation for 7:45pm. We got a table at 8:30pm. Not cool.
Food is delicious! Ordered patatas animal style, pulpo paella, churros, and sangria.
Outdoor dining gets breezy and chilly in the evenings so best to dress for warmth.
Outdoor dining space was like a backyard garden...almost. Waiter, sommelier and food all five star
Great place for groups to share delicious paella.
Rally slow service but food was great
Nice outdoor area. Heaters! Hardworking staff with pleasant service. Food was great!
Good prices for SF, good food, nice place. Limited parking.
Great treat. Terrific hospitality, just like inside. A few smart touches make the temporary shed just a little special.
We had a very enjoyable outdoor dining experience in their well organized outdoor space which is well heated and covered and spacious. The service and food was excellent with a pleasant and quiet ambience.
Freezing day despite 2 heaters setting up for our table. Need to put on thick layers and beanies if you are planning to dine outdoors.
We ordered pork belly paella and tortilla. They stayed warm for a long time despite the cold. Awesome food!
Delicious food by Chef Robert in a beautiful parklet on Brannan Street. Service by Jorge is always guaranteed pleasure.
Really great quality food, loved the prawn and octopus. Plates are decent size, but will need 5-7 if you don't order an entree (we didn't)
The best Bellota in SF, an incredible selection of wines, an awesome Chef and amazing service. You can’t go wrong!
I came for my birthday and was impressed by the ambiance, service, food, and wine. Would 100% come back again!
A Must Go, incredible! Raphael you are awesome as always.
The food was great and the service was outstanding. When the chef found out that it was our anniversary, he brought us a special dessert. It was very touching and happened to be the lightest cheesecake ever.
We’ll be back. Fun vibe, great service, tasty tapas.
Sublime. The service, the food, the ambience. I had the patatas bravas (a perfect balance of crisp exterior and fluffy interior), the polpo (deliciously smoky), and the gambas ( unbelievably tender and succulent). A wide range of gins and types of tonic water, clearly described so that you can make some thoughtful and adventurously interesting pairings. The restaurant itself is both comfortable and lively, and the service is first rate. I can't wait to go back!
Lamb dish was phenomenal. Some of the appetizers/tapas were not as awesome as I would have wanted.
