Bellisio's Italian restaurant, in Duluth, prepares authentic Italian dishes using a selection of fine imported and local ingredients. Whether you choose to have a casual meal at the bar or dine with friends and family out on the patio, Bellisio's Italian Restaurant is a wonderful place to go get a meal.

Pasta is a particular specialty at Bellisio's Italian Restaurant and you'll find a lot of it on the menu. Pappardelle alla norcina, lobster ravioli with grilled shrimp and rigatoni balsamico are just a few of the specialties of the house. Other entrées include handmade paninis like the Italian grilled cheese and fennel pork and arugula.

Monday nights include 1/2 off all bottles of wine, Champagne and Ports.

We loved the Rigatoni Bolognese. The artisan cheese appetizer was a great starter. Loretta was a fabulous server & paid a lot of attention to us all night long. We have had her as a server many times over the years and she has always made the dining experience wonderful. The ambience was great. A perfect way to celebrate my wife’s birthday.

The service was quite good. Both the Alfredo and Bolognese lacked favor and sauces were INCREDIBLY watery ( assuming from pasta being poorly drained ). This resulted in the sauces not adhering to the pasta and leaving a watery pool in the bottom of the dish. Our son's salmon was flaky and cooked well. For 3 entrees, 2 starter salads, 1 coctail and 1 soda...$ 200.00. Definitely not worth the cost. With many other options, will probably not return.

The food quality at Bellisio’s has declined significantly over the years. Their customer service has declined a great deal! We went to Bellisio’s last night to celebrate our 29th wedding anniversary. In fact Bellisio’s was where we went for dinner the evening we got married 19 years ago. When we made the reservation we were asked if there was a ‘special’ occasion to celebrate and we indicated that it was out 19th wedding anniversary NOTHING was mentioned when we checked in and the server didn’t even acknowledge our occasion! Now I wasn’t expecting anything’free’ but why the hell ask about special occasions IF you’re not even going to acknowledge them??!! The bruschetta was a lower quality than before, it was just toast with tomatoes to spoon one them…not even any cheese for the toast. The Lobster Ravioli used to have pink and white colored pasta but, now are just plain white! All in all a VERY disappointing dinner. Next year we will go somewhere else. Maybe the ‘Silo’s!

We came for a light late dinner on my birthday. In the past, Bellisios has been our go to place for a romantic special night out. We enjoyed the wine, but the salad which had previously held delicious memories for me, didn’t seem as tasty as usual. Maybe it needed more dressing. The bruschetta was disappointing. I think if it was hotter and the butter melted maybe it would’ve been better. I asked for some olive oil and vinegarette and that helped. Also, since they ask if it’s a special occasion when you make your reservation , I expected them to acknowledge my birthday. Most restaurants offer a free dessert on your birthday. That would’ve sent me home with a sweeter feeling about the night.

The food was lackluster, the service was sluggish, and the cocktails felt formulaic, as if pulled straight from The Bartender's Guide with no creative flair.

Great italian restaurant. Amazing wine selection that also offers "flights " of many different wines. Food is plentiful and a little pricier than others but the quality is obvious and worth it. A must-go if craving good italian in Duluth, MN.

We love stopping when jn the area. I have noticed lately the quality is going down. Hard to pay $30 for a pasta dish when not spectacular as it used to be. Appetizers are no longer worth getting for the quality and price
