Available daily between the hours of 10:30am to 1pm, featuring the latest seasonal high tea. Reservations are required 24 hours in advance to guarantee a high tea. For groups of 8 or more, a 50% prepayment is required. Please note that we are able to accommodate all dietaries for high teas, please advise at the time of making your booking via the special request form. We also offer a bespoke $45 children's menu with tea and a choice of juice or milkshake for children under 12 years old. Please also advise how many children's high teas you require with your booking.

Ordered juices that never came. Asked four times for the juices, then gave up. Asked waitress if we could order dessert she said she would come over in a minute to take our order and never did, so we left and got dessert elsewhere. Terrible service. Staff needs training.

One of the best high teas we have gone too. Was able to have a wide variety of unlimited tea and coffee which was great. Food was exceptional.

We had the set menu and the steak and frites were better than we had in France this year at Le Entrocote in Paris. Great onion soup to start and the steak and sauce were perfect! Well done Chef!

I was celebrating my birthday with family I have rare opportunities to spend time with and I was not disappointed. The cakes and savouries were exquisite and a real discovery of delicious flavours and textures in new combinations. The scones were light and there was more than one type. There was a variety of toppings that were equally delicious. The amount of food was deceptive and we had to take some home for later. I loved the variety of teas too, especially the Australian Bush blends. Thank you for a wonderful celebration and my birthday treat and candle.

The staff were super nice and the food was super tasty, they had a generous serving with the high tea and I would 100% go back because it was just the best. Thank you so much for an amazing time and an amazing experience.

We came here for high tea, for $80pp I expected more. I've been to many places for high tea before and this was probably the most disappointing. First of all, I thought it was inside the Emporium Hotel at South Bank but it's actually a seperate restaurant outside of the hotel, so the atmosphere was not as sophisticated as I envisioned, thinking it was part of the hotel. They were able to cater for my dietary requirements as I requested them in our reservation, however when the food came out they just put it on our table and didn't explain what everything was so I thought they forgot about my food since everything was on the same tower. It was a nice day out with my friend and her daughter but I wouldn't come back again.

this is an amazing place and so easy to get to by public transport, we booked so unsure if you would get a table on walk in. Visually this place is amazing in decor and the cabinet display will leave you salivating too many choices. Prices are quite good and in comparison with other places but given the quality and taste they are delicious and good value. I tried the rosti and not what I expected it was more of a round high potato cake so not to my taste but the eggs perfectly poached, and beautiful hollandaise. The only negatives were they did forget my tea order so had to ask and my meal took a while to come and we did have to ask for the table to be cleared. The high teas looked amazing and there were quite a few coming out will definitely go back as so many treats to try from the cabinet. Very wheelchair and pram friendly, the bathrooms are actually inside the hotel entrance which weren't an issue. Very friendly staff and the booking system was easy online.

The savoury items the high tea platter are appalling. They were dry, tasteless and stale. They tasted like they were made days ago. The sweet items were lovely, but as this was one plate of a three tier platter, the savoury items really missed the mark.
