Great martinis great service great food. True five star rating

It was SO nice to be back at Bellamy's! Excellent food, excellent service, and Nick is such a talented bartender - we're already planning to make it a weekly habit to go for drinks and appetizers. With Covid, it's been ages since we've been out anywhere, and we're so glad we went back to our favorite restaurant and found it just as good as it's always been.

Bellamy's is always wonderful. Good food and service, and live music on some nights~

Service was amazing!

An excellent menu especially for Valentine's Day. The food was outstanding, and the service excellent. The restaurant has done a really good job creating a dining "garden" in their back parking area, and even improved it since we were there last month. A very enjoyable evening.

Valentine dinner was not as exceptional as we expected for the price, but overall, it was a very nice evening.

We enjoyed an early Valentines dinner Saturday at 4:30 PM. We ordered the ribeye steak, paella, yellowtail carpaccio and oysters! All were fabulous. Our server/bartender (shoot’ I can’t remember her name!) was awesome and very accommodating! Can’t wait to go back

Poor service, used to have great food. New staff, food was not up to the standard it use to be. Sad to see how this restaurant has gone downhill

Bellamys never disappoint. Great food and service. They created a nice outdoor seating in the back equipped with heaters.

We arrived and were instantly sat in a dark room with 4 other tables. At this time we noticed all 4 tables had only waters and no silverware, odd. As we waited for our server to introduced themselves, we saw that their online menu was much different than the smaller menu given to us. Sadden us, but we proceeded to wait for our server to table touch and obtain our drink orders after 10 minutes. Meanwhile employees and managers continue to walk by our tables in the dark ambiance we sat in. The other tables we could tell were annoyed and asked their server to move them to another area. After 20 minutes of sitting there, with no waters, no silverware, no plates we decided we would not stay. At this time we stood up and 2 employees came over with settings for the table. Not worth the $$$. Never again going back to this location. I really would have enjoyed trying the lavender martini, too bad.

Really like the outdoor dining area and hope it will become permanent

Musicians like Whitney Shay and others in that high talent category, with good tone and overall high quality sound but medium volume and not too loud so people can converse while dinning are perfect for that venue.

Bellamy's food is outstanding. Their prices are reasonable. Their servers are awesome and they make a great dirty martini.

Good food and service. Enjoyed the live music. My daughter had fun with her birthday.

We have been going to Bellamy’s for years and have enjoyed the outdoor seating. The additional seating in the back to accommodate current restrictions has been set up in a very cozy manner. I hope they are able to keep it on a more permanent basis.

Overall our experience was not good. We returned for a second time because our first visit was amazing. This second time, our wait time was too long, waitress would not check on our table, didn't receive the drink i ordered, our food was raw. When asked for s new plate, they offered with an attitude like it was our fault.

Bellamy’s didn’t honor reservation. They acknowledged it, but no tables available; told the wait would be 30-45 minutes! Very disappointing. Went to Vincent’s, fabulous.

Fantastic meal!

Went on a Wednesday.
Ordered warm crab in truffle butter as appetizer, seafood paella and Maine divers as entrees, risotto as side dish.
Also ordered the lavender martini, the purple haze and the classoc daquiri with strawberry simple syrup.

The waitress was great.
The drinks were great.
The crab was a bit fishy.
The divers scallops only had 4 scallops - too few.
The seafood paella was also quite small.
The risotto was far too oily.
AND they charged for the water.

I wouldn't recommend and won't be going back.

Head to Mastro's, Great Oaks at Pechanga, Flanagans, Ruth's Chris...really just somewhere else.

I have eaten here for special occasions many times, but this week's Brussel sprouts appetizer and scallop main course were out of this world! A rare gem in this COVID world.

This was my 1st time at the restaurant, and I was very pleased. The food was great; the service was outstanding. I was very impressed that they set up a table for us on the outdoor patio, and we were the only ones who wanted to eat outdoors.
I would definitely recommend. Quality dining at very good prices comparatively speaking.

First time at Bellamy’s and it won’t be our last! My husband & I had a night away from the kids. We chose outdoor dining which had live music. The musician was thee perfect noise level & was very good. The service was cheerful, delightful, & checked on us the appropriate amount of times. Didn’t have to ask twice for something. People are spread out enough you don’t overhear conversations. It truly is Escondido’s hidden gem!

Sat outside, cute little table. Service was impeccable! The soup was fantastic ($11.00!) and got fish ( Bronzino) . Everything was exceptional, however almost $50.00 including tip was a bit much for lunch.... will definitely go back , but for dinner.

Loved the whole experience and will be back.

Fantastic gem of a restaurant in downtown Escondido! Wait staff very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. The weekends usually have music entertainment. Everything I’ve had here is great.

Nice romantic restaurant with good food and drinks. Our steak was a bit cold and tough but we're going to chalk it up to Covid. We'll come back and try this place again

We had a nice lunch at Bellamy’s on New Year’s Eve. The waiter was accommodating. We had requested outdoor seating which they weren’t prepared for, but the waiter quickly set us up on the front patio. The food was good, and it was nice to have a relaxed meal.

I want to thank Bellamy”s and our wait staff. Our visit was such a wonderful experience! We truly had a lovely time because of you!! Can’t wait to return.

This Restaurant is first class, Dinner was perfect and the entire staff are friendly and very professional. Appetizers, drinks, main course and desert were served perfectly timed.

A great hidden gem, great service and the food was delicious.

The restaurant did an excellent job of creating a dining "garden" in the rear parking area, with artificial "turf" and surrounding wooden fence. The food was excellent, the service very good (if a bit slow), and the ambience was pleasant, especially given the circumstances. All in all, a very pleasurable evening on Christmas Eve.

We had a very nice Christmas Eve dinner. The outside setup was great with tables spaced apart nicely.

Very nice restaurant with outdoor, bar, and formal dining room seating. Love the food, ambiance, and Jim the Piano Man is awesome!

Came here for my one year anniversary. Nice ambiance, super comfy plush chairs, fantastic server. Good selection of food on the menu and live music was great.
