Bellagio Ristorante - The Westin Mt Laurel
The Bellagio Ristorante at the Westin Mt Laurel is a restaurant that boasts plenty of classic Italian fare for hotel guests and area residents. The restaurant features a quiet and peaceful atmosphere that makes it possible for you to enjoy your food and carry on a conversation. The food at Bellagio Ristorante affords you the chance to fulfill your love of Italian foods all while enjoying the relaxing vibe around you.
Start with a refreshing salad or an appetizer before diving into your entrée of pastas, crab, steak or sandwiches. The filet mignon is highly recommended as they are always cooked to perfection whereas the bread that accompanies your meals is sure to please with its soft warmth and baked freshness. Make sure you also check out one of the many drink options, such as the lemon drop, when you visit Bellagio Ristorante.
Brunch after a baptism. Food was good, but it took forever. We were there for almost 2 hours. I suspect they are more set up for the buffet, which looked really good.
The food was great but we had several hiccups. First of all, don't trust the OpenTable reservation. Made a res for 11am brunch. Well, the buffet closes at 11 and they had no record of my reservation for 9 people. They said we could do a la carte. There were a handful of other issues that I won't get into because the manager did come over to speak to us and offered compensation for all of our issues. Everyone really enjoyed the food, the servers were very nice, but I would only go to breakfast there earlier in the morning and I would call to reconfirm if you book through this outlet.
The service was poor. The server did not know much information about the menu. She forgot to bring things we asked for. She did not know if there was a happy hour. She didn’t know how the fish was prepared. The food was not hot and my steak was overcooked. I would not go back again. My guest and I were the only ones eating in the restaurant
Food good. Wine list poor. Ambiance off.
Upon arrival, the restaurant was technically not called Bellagio Ristorante and it also did not have an Italian menu as listed. This was extremely disappointing and complete false advertisement. The place in the Westin is now called Bar 555 - and offers about 10 items. I will make sure to never dine or visit another Westin hotel.
Menu needs to be more explicit on what is in the meal. I ordered the Hawaiian shrimp skewers, which is exactly what it said on the menu, nothing more. I got a spring-mix salad (with cherry tomatoes and chopped cucumbers, there might have been some onions and peppers but I really didn't want a salad so I didn't eat it) with 6 plain shrimp on top and about 3 or 4 chunks of pineapple and some type of dressing, not sure what it was. I mentioned to the waitress that I had ordered the Hawaiian Shrimp Skewers so she took it back and not 2 minutes later came back with the same plate of salad and the 6 shrimp and few pineapple chunks on 2 skewers on top of the salad. My husband got the chicken parm, that is all it was, no pasta, no extra sauce.
the Bellagio is no longer the Bellagio. It has changed names and is now a steak house.I had a Veal Chop that was good.
There is no longer a Bellagio restaurant at the Westin. It is now the 555 Bar Steakhouse. The menu show here is also not correct. The menu offered is more bar type food although they do offer steaks and a few other entrees. We were disappointed as we were expecting the Bellagio and the posted menu. Service was a bit slow since they only had one waitress working the entire restaurant. Overall it wasn't terrible, just not what we were expecting. Wouldn't go again though.
Great bartenders . They have been there for years and my wife and I enjoy going there. Prices are a little high, but it is a hotel bar /restaurant. Overall we enjoy the location, service and food.
They did not accept my gift certificate for breakfast, only for lunch or dinner. I was greatly disappointed and do not recommend and I went elsewhere for breakfast.
It was nice. A little slow getting the food and the waitress was ok. The Hostess was great.
It was a great experience..Food and drinks were on point
No one was there to seat us had to go to the bartender for service who directed us to a waiter who eventually seating us! Food was average not much to select from as menu doesn’t offer much entrees. The waiter was excellent and attentive as was the bartenders “Fred”. However I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone outside of Westin hotel guest!!!
This was our first time at The Bellagio, it is hidden treasure! We took our parents for their Anniversary and we were so happy we found this restaurant. The food was amazing, not to mention the dessert. We ended the night with some drinks . I would defiantly recommend this place to my friends and family . Can’t wait to go back!
Made a reservation and arrived, no hostess was at the " wait to be seated " area. After waiting 10 minutes asked the bartender about having someone to seat us. His response was someone " should " be there ! Turned back to tending his bar.
Waited another 10 minutes and decided to leave and eat somewhere else.
During my 20 minute wait didn't see any hostess or wait servers as I looked into the dining room area.
I will not rerun to this restaurant again.
Ugh!!! Advance Reservation (10 days in advance) for party of 7 on Christmas Day - assumed a national hotel would have at least acceptable service on holiday. Arrived on time - no hostess, no servers - just a bar tender and a cook and we had to walk into the kitchen to find them. THIS WAS A MANAGEMENT FAIL!!!! Bar tender did best he could to fill in, but extremely disappointed with a fairly expensive holiday meal. We even had to bus our own appetizer plates. We had our 86 year old uncle in wheel chair with us, so we had no choice but to stick it out. No management in site to even offer comp dessert. I get giving staff the holiday - but then DON’T take reservations if you don’t plan to staff he restaurant!
