   Last night's dinning experience was horrific. I waited over 10 minutes to have a waitress come to my table, when there were literally 5-6 around doing nothing and the place was empty. I ordered a glass of wine and it came with lipstick marks on it. I complained, got a "new" glass but frankly, it looked as if they just took a cloth and wiped it. I dumped the wine in an unused water glass. $57 plus dollars for soup, salad and drinks. Sadly, I can get a better deal somewhere else. The resturant is very close to me, so I go there a lot and to experience last night was very disappointing.

   It was my first visit there but not my last. Excellent food, great service.

   Service was terrible, place was so loud we could not hear anyone at our table had to ask to turn radio down. Waitress kept disappearing and no place to be found! Asked for more bread several times as there was 10 of us we never got any and got our plates taken away so we guessed we weren’t getting any more! Pizza was good but super salty! Soup was good. Waitress not attentive at all.

   The lobster in the lobster risotto was fishy. I’m surprised because every other time we’ve been here, we’ve been so happy with the food taste and quality. We will be back but please take this as constructive criticism.

   It wasn't too crowded and our server, was terrible, kept disappearing and when she took our drink order, it was at least 15 minutes to bring it to us. The manager had NO clue of the late night specials, he said that had stopped, but it was still on their website.

   First time at Bella Napoli. It was a pleasant experience. It was very Italian authentic. We had to look up on Google for some pizza toppings. We went on a Monday early evening. There was a $12.99 special for all pizzas. The pizza is more than enough for two. Good date night restaurant. We will visit again!

   Visiting the Chicago area and found this place via the Northwest Pizza trail. Authentic wood fired pizza ina variety of traditional ingredients. I’d definitely eat here again.

   Pizza was excellent! Drinks were also. The lamb shank was phenomenal. The pasta dishes were very good. Servers were friendly and helpful. Only downside was it was really noisy in there and as it got later and more crowded it was hard to have a conversation with someone sitting across from you. Would definitely go back.
