   What a Fabulous Chef! OMG so delicious! House salad is exceptional! Salmon and Short Ribs were savory and so good! Can't believe there aren't more people knowing how great this Chef is! Heather was a sweetheart.

   We always enjoy our time at Bistro 67. We had the special Friday meal only in April and it was great. Chef stopped by our table for a few minutes too.

   We had a 3 course prix fixe menu for only $68. The tuna tartare had a spicy sesame oil with a very generous portion of tuna. The taste and texture were perfect! Our entrees were the Korean short rib over kimchi and the miso glaze salmon. You didn’t need a knife to cut either portion. The richness and depth of flavors would make us order them again immediately. For desert we had the five spice donut with a tamarind crème. This restaurant is a hidden gem worth the drive!

   Loved the food which is lacking However it has no vibe - too quiet Dated model. You could hear a pin drop I have gone to opus and now the bistro but it will be our last time Sad as we need good food but needs some fun

   The food is simply outstanding. Chef Eric is an amazing and talented chef. The quality of food is perfection and the presentation simply beautiful. The restaurant ranks way above any other restaurant in the area, and the items on the menu are varied and unique. We ordered the mussels and frites along with the lamb shank--just delicious. Our server was not intrusive and very knowledgeable. The wine selection was also very, very nice. We highly recommend this restaurant to folks looking for a delicious and unique dinner. We look forward to trying the Sunday brunch next. We plan to take family and friends to experience Bistro 67.

   Bistro 67 – A Culinary Delight in Elegance Dining at Bistro 67 was nothing short of an exceptional experience. From the moment I stepped in, the elegant and serene ambiance set the stage for a refined evening. The quiet atmosphere allowed for a truly immersive dining experience, perfect for those who appreciate a blend of sophistication and comfort. The meal itself was a masterpiece. The Wild Ora King Seared Salmon was prepared with precision, boasting a beautifully crisp sear while remaining buttery and tender inside. Its rich, delicate flavors were expertly balanced, making each bite an absolute delight. The Warm Goat Cheese Salad was another highlight—creamy, tangy goat cheese paired harmoniously with fresh greens and a well-balanced dressing, adding a refreshing contrast to the dish. For dessert, the Chocolate Mousse was a decadent indulgence. Silky, smooth, and deeply chocolatey, it was the perfect ending to an already outstanding meal. A glass of Sauvignon Blanc accompanied everything beautifully, its crisp acidity and bright citrus notes complementing the richness of the dishes. Beyond the impeccable food, the service was flawless - professional, kind, and exceptionally attentive without being intrusive. (Thank you Heather!)    Food was very good. Service was inadequate. I am a coffee drinker. It would have been better for the restaurant, waitress, and me the customer, to have a thermal carafe. I mentioned it to the waitress, who was new. She said she had requested the carafes to management, but they were against it.

    This is just a beautiful, intimate setting with food that is unmatched outside of any major city. And that is not to say that big city chefs can top this! The staff is very friendly and the pace is as relaxed as you would want it to be. Fortunately, and for this level of quality, the price point is not prohibitive either. If you have not tried this yet, you are missing a gem.
