Great place for business lunch.
Just a little noisy for 6 person conversations at Sunday brunch.
Our server wasn't too busy yet he just plain forgot to refill coffee. Breakfast potatoes were transcendent, Eggs Benedict was pedestrian. So I might recommend but it would be lukewarm.
Amazing place for Sunday brunch. My wife and 14 month old went recently and absolutely loved everything we ate. The bloody mary had some good heat and wasn't your typical plain tomato juice. My wife had the mimosa flight and everyone was very good...not sure how much alcohol but still worth it. The breakfast burrito I would get every time I go! Yum yum yum...and lastly the donuts were a huge hit...my 14-month-old couldn't eat enough of them. The service was pretty good, we got there right when it opened so it seemed everyone was still running around trying to get things going but didn't ruin the overall meal.
Can't wait to go back!
Belfre Kitchen has quickly become one of our favorite restaurants! The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and the food is excellent. Can't wait for our next visit!
Food and atmosphere was great! Just a little pricey for me to go all the time.
Our experience was outstanding! We can’t wait to go back!
We went for dessert only. It was amazing! We will be back for a dinner soon! The patio was open and beautiful.
Great brunch. I had the crab cake Benedict an my husband had the croissant and eggs special both came with yummy roasted potatoes. We also had the drink flight which was very unique, your choice of 3 small breakfast drinks such as mimosas or French 75 which is my new favorite. All delicious we will definitely be back.
We had a great meal....only negative part was the bar was small and we could not sit.
My husband and I went on a date night here and we had a great time! Food and drinks were great, service was really great, and vibe was fun. Will definitely be back.
Great food and drinks. Enjoyed even more than last year!
Was there on a Saturday for brunch. Second time here and the food has been very good each time. Very unique use of the building. Friendly staff that were very accommodating for one of our party who had limited mobility which was very appreciated. We made reservations but were a half an hour early and they still were able to seat us right away. Always draws a crowd so very much suggest making reservations and know that is appreciated by the staff as well. Only drawbacks are the acoustics of the building can be a bit loud because of the structure of the building, and parking is limited in this area of town, but experience and food make it worth it all.
Belfre Kitchen is a wonderful place for a delicious meal. We have always loved the pan-roasted salmon entre - and it never disappoints. On our last visit, we tried the 8 oz pan seared tenderloin filet. It is nothing short of fabulous. I ordered mine medium-rare. It was perfectly done, succulent and flavorful. We have a new favorite on the menu. Don't miss out. From the truffle fries to the roasted tomato basil soup you simply cannot make a bad selection at Belfre Kitchen. Enjoy!
I have mixed feelings about Belfrē Kitchen. The decor is very nice, and the service is great. The day I went there with friends, though, it was very chilly in the restaurant - and I’m someone who is usually hot! The food was good but overpriced. The chicken pot pie was very tasty and the veggies in it were fresh, not frozen. My friend had a poke bowl and added shrimp ( she only got 3) and with tip and no beverages it cost her $30. Way too much! I’m not sure if I’ll be back.
I enjoyed eating at Belfre for dinner; however, it was way too loud. The food and service were great. The outside had a firepit and string lights to make it look magical. The church is beautiful with modern updates, but because it was a church with tall ceilings everything echoes. It was very difficult holding a conversation because I could barely hear. If I would go back, it would need to be an early or late dinner to avoid too much of a crowd.
Excellent experience and great food! Will definitely be back!
Started coming here shortly after they opened. The food is delish and the service attentive. We recently introduced family members to this gem, and shared they look forward to coming back.
Great place for brunch! Food was delicious. The server was friendly and attentive. Can’t wait to go back!
We arrived on time for our reservation to celebrate two birthdays. It’s our family favorite restaurant, so everyone was excited. Unfortunately, the service was horrendous, not accurate, the food took an hour and a half after we ordered, the tuna was old, the list goes on. The best part of it all, the food took so long, I took our youngest birthday boy and left to get him food at McDonalds. What a huge fail. So incredibly disappointed in the restaurant that WAS our favorite.
Beautiful space but the food was lacking from previous visits -smaller portion and didn’t seem as fresh
Fantastic food, great atmosphere.
One of the best meals I’ve had!
Really good food all around, fun place. Would definitely go back.
Belfrē is fast becoming my favorite restaurant. Atmosphere is great and the food is phenomenal! Their truffle fries are must!!
Arrived on time, we (4) were seated quickly and service was prompt at our table. The servers were on top of everything we needed and the food was exceptional which is why we have returned several times .
Once we received our bill we promptly paid, but I was a little taken a back when the hostess came to our table and told us she needed us to leave as they had another reservation. As I looked around I could not find anyone waiting as there were open tables so not sure what was going on. I am going to chalk this up to a lack of commuication skills on her part as it could have been said diffrently considering we just spent over $100 on breakfast. Highly recommended, but don't socialize to long!
Lovely ambiance and staff but a little pricey for lunch.
Always amazing!!! The truffle fries and bacon wrapped figs were delicious. I have been to Belfre so many times and I order the salmon every time. It’s hard not to lick the plate. To die for. Will be back very soon!!
Service and food was excellent
The food here never disappoints! Great service too. Too bad the space can’t accommodate more tables! Be sure to make reservations if you plan to eat here.
I had the best date I could ever ask for which made everything perfect. I wasn’t even focused on the food at all, she had 100% of my attention 😍. I feel bad for everyone else there because I easily had the best date for Valentine’s Day.
Food was quite good. The place is a bit noisy. The upstairs was a little too dark, tough to read menu. Overall good dinner. Have been before and will return
Our favorite place for food, drinks and we love the staff!
We went on Valentine's Day and the sea bass was the best my wife and I have ever had anywhere. $ was high for what we got for our dinner. Service was just ok this time. We really like the location and have eaten here before a few times.
I would normally give Belfre a 5/5 star review, however for some reason I had no idea they were having a pre-set Valentine menu, I went for specifically for Valentines Day, but was looking forward to a dish or two on their regular menu and was very disappointed on the very few options that we were given. overall it was still a great meal and I love this place, but for how expensive it is, I want to be able to eat what I pick off their REGULAR menu.
We were surprised when we arrived for dinner that there was a limited menu for us to choose from which was quite expensive as we had to order 3 courses. There was no flexibility in ordering as my husband who is watching his diet requested vegetables instead of potatoes and we were told that could not be done. Shortly after we sat down, our order was taken and within five minutes we had our salad in front of us. It was the only salad choice so I presume they were prepared ahead of time. We felt rushed. Our entire experience from start to finish was 1 hour! We realize that it was Valentine's Day and Belfre's objective was to serve a lot of people but we felt shorted on our date night.
The only thing positive about our meal was the service and the history of the building. I am extremely disappointed in our Valentine's Day dinner tonight. The prix fixe menu was very pricey compared to other restaurants in the area and definitely NOT worth a fraction of what we paid. The appetizer, a "jumbo" crab cake was small, tasteless, and still had many pieces of crab shells in it. The corn salsa that went under the crab cake was no better. The corn was soggy and unappetizing. The soup was disappointing as well. There was little to no beef in the "beef vegetable" soup and the potatoes were hard. The main course just continued to get worse. The potatoes that came with the surf and turf were hard, undercooked, and extremely bland. I could get better potatoes at Denny's. And then the pasta was bland, boring, and flavorless! If you are not going to season the meal, at least offer salt and pepper on the table. But does this place? Nope! To top off our already awful meal, the dessert cookie base was as hard as a rock. Completely inedible. We tried to use the end of our knives to break it apart, and it still wouldn't budge. I do not and will not ever recommend this restaurant. If you want even semi-decent quality food, look elsewhere.
We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch at Belfrē. The service was impeccable and everyone enjoyed their lunch selections very much. The ahi tuna poke bowl was excellent!
