Great burgers and fries.
We started the evening with a small mishap by our server. Well, the manager went out of her way to make it up to us. Excellent,excellent customer service , food and ambiance.
The price point is high for the quality of food and wine.
Service was the worst I've ever had in any restaurant. I suspect the server was drunk.

I ordered the lamb skewers they were all fatty you couldn’t even cut it with a fork they were awful and we had to pay for it the waiter would not take it off our bill
We love Belcampo’s food, but the service has been slow the last 2-3 times we’ve been there.
The bone marrow was out of this world. It is not in the regular menu but it does appear on specials.

Drinks were great, general pour for my rose. Appetizers including duck confit poutine were fine - though the duck fragments was so hard they were inedible jerky with sauce. Was the same theme for my $42 short rib. First warning was that the manager came out to warn me that it was going to be a smaller portion than normal but it was their last piece. I should have taken his warning and ordered something else, but I didn’t want to be a bother in front of my date. Turns out it was a small lump of coal on a messy plate rested on top of a bone - a hard overcooked jerky that I could not cut thru with my knife. I left it uneatened, and the waiter didn’t bother to comment on my untouched plate. At least they comped the $10 dessert, and thru in a scoop of ice cream.

We should have taken the rib off of your bill entirely if you didnt eat it. I am sorry that did not happen. I appreciate the dessert being free but I feel that is not enough, as I am sure you do too. My husband and I enjoyed our Manhattans and burger and salad. It was really good, and we will definitely return.

Been here twice for special occasions and both times the food and service had issues. Once the meat was overcooked and had to be sent back and other the chicken sandwich not consistent with the first. Both times the service was super slow despite not being that busy. For that much money, I would expect much better quality and service for that price $425 for four people with a $60 bottle of wine.
Had a great experience at Belcampo on Friday! Our server, Michael, was excellent. Service was the way it should be for all dining experiences, yet it's rare these days. Share the mac & cheese with the broccolini, his recommendation was excellent, my favorite part of lunch! Patio is great on a nice day, right near the marina.

Burger was excellent - worth the trip. Duck fat fries also delicious. Bone marrow flavor lost in the fruity topping...shame...I will ask them to leave it off next time. Cocktail on the expensive side, but well-made.

It was my first time visiting Belcampo and had my Regional Manager and largest account in tow...needless to say, Belcampo did not disappoint one bit...great interiors, well thought out menu and sustainability story, very nice presentation, well appointed bar and an on site butcher counter....lastly, if you're lucky enough to get 'Michael J' as your server he completed the story in outstanding fashion...will definitely be going back some time soon...thank you all.

Solid restaurant with good service and great atmosphere. And you can even shop at the butcher shop after to take home and cook! Awesome location too!

Excellent, high quality, farm to table food, with grass-fed beef and lamb, pasture-raised poultry and pork, and wild-caught fish. It's all very tasty and healthy for you. I got the crispy broccolini and I could not believe how great it was! You have to give it a try. Overall, a fantastic place in all ways.

Overall, had a poor experience. One meal arrived 20 minutes later than everyone elses, and was uncooked when it did arrive. Hopefully they can turn around their service issues. The restaraunt was also deafeningly loud.

We were celebrating our anniversary dinner and had requested for a nice table. The lady who showed us to our table gave us the smallest, least desirable table even though they had plenty of seating. Folks seated next to us had a suitcase blocking my seat and the hostess left it to us to sort it out. The hostess was just not all there. The server was wonderful and most of what we ordered was good. We got the duck confit poutine, side of cauliflower and the butcher's dinner. The 2 lamb chops were perfect. The rib eye was overdone. Overall, a nice meal minus the hostess.

The food was excellent and the wait time was almost nonexistent. Thanks to Belcampo, I was able to land the deal with my new business associate! I highly recommend this place for work related lunches. I’ll have to come back for dinner!

We sat outside in the sun and it was honestly hitting us pretty hard. Our waiter was super accommodating and literally moved us to 3 tables so we could enjoy our meal. We felt like high-maintenance pricks, but she was super understanding and kind and attentive. Their burgers are so delicious, but I also had their keto steak salad which was sooo damn good- i highly recommend. Love belcampo great spot and easy to take a group of 5 to

We had a work reunion so we had a great time. Service was excellent and there were some first timers to Belcampo who were very impressed.
This is a beautiful space overlooking the marina at Jack London square - the duck confit poutine is unreal.
The broccolini is my favorite veg. But the meat!! Oh my it’s wonderful. And they sell it there too. Great shop for serious farm to table acolytes. Lots of GF, Keto and even veg options. But it’s a meat place. Ya can’t have your pudding if ya don’t eat yer meat!
Great food! And what a treat to find it so easy to be gluten free and to follow Keto. The listing can make it seem like a butcher shop, but rest assured it is a restaurant and a lovely dining experience.

Steak Frites exceeded expectations. The 7 leaves of lettuce for $8 was a little disappointing. We took a carrot cake to go and that was outstanding. Definitely will be back.
We arrived early and were seated in the back where it was quieter. We started with the Duck Confit Poutine.
All had Steak Frites cooked to various states of done. Roger L, our server, was excellent in serving and in wine recommendations. One of us had the duck fat fries, another the beef tallow. The others had regular fries. The guys preferred the duck fat; the ladies the regular.
Two had ice cream deserts,one with a candle of course; the others had the carrot cake and the strawberry short cake.
It was a marvelous dining experience.
My service was exceptional, from the hostess to the waitress to the bussers!
Sadly, the worst part of the experience is their speciality. My wife and son’s chicken were desert dry, the lamb skewers had more fat than meat and my Keto salad came in “first” with good not great steak (cooked well, generous portion, somewhat flavorful) and the rest lettuce, with a couple of tomatoes and small mozzarella balls. The drinks are great, the service was very good and t he ambience was also very good, but when the main product is substandard-especially at the high cost - well, hence my low rating.
The Steak Frites was a simple plate of mediocre (at pre-cut - what am I, 6-years old?) rib eye, and undistinguished fries didn't add up. Expectation are high for a meat-centric kitchen. You've got to do better than that to get me to return.

Made a reservation and arrived at 8:00pm was told by the hostess that they only had 1 server for the entire restaurant and that she was currently waiting on a table of 15 and training someone else at the same time so it would be an additional 45 minute wait. We then were seated outside at a dirty table.. This restaurant is poorly managed and the service is terrible.
Manager came to the table and wanted to see our reservation and then stated because it wasn’t made prior to 12pm that they were not obligated to accommodate the reservation...
I thought the point of opentable was to make a reservation/call ahead for time spots that the restaurant shows that they have open seats available?!? We made our reservation over an hour prior to when we arrived, I don’t understand why there is a problem if they are showing and confirming that they have availability... The manager even stated that he should not have allowed reservations for the day due to staffing.. WONT BE BACK

The 4 of us enjoyed our fabulous lunch. I told them how delicious the lamb burgers are and I have one every time I dine. We all had lamb burgers and everyone was pleased. The goat fat fries were also a winner

Great spot in JLS for brunch and breakfast. Not for vegans or vegetarians, as this place is focused on delivering quality meat products from their ranch in Marin. I'll be back, and I would recommend to those looking for a nice spot in Oakland - Jack London.
The usual great food and setting.
Our server was spread thin and slow to take our orders, deliver good. Main meals came out luke warm and things like extra bread and second drinks were forgotten. All in all the food was “ok” found the meats to be very fatty and tepid. Salad lacked spark and was served with meals not before. Definitely not good for a birthday celebration. Would not recommend.
