We booked through OpenTable for Valentines evening but when we showed up for our table, the restaurant had no record of our booking. This took several minutes and members of staff to resolve, by offering us a table, which was fine. However when we sat down we realised that as it was Valentines night, they had a special event on and that had 2 sittings 6-8pm and 8-10pm. As we had booked for 7:15pm this was an issue as they appeared to hurry us through the meal. Also it is disappointing that there were many Deliveroo drivers hovering around the tables waiting to pick up take-aways which really brought the atmosphere and ambience down. The manager tried to shoo them outside but they kept coming in. It was a shame as we were finished by 8:30 and had to get an earlier taxi home!

The waiter that serve us, told us to order a single portion to start and then order more if needed, we did exactly that, apart that they closed the kitchen earlier because there wasn't many costumers. Do not recommend, the first waiter was good, the second one, made us feel really unwelcome and it look like they just wanted to go home.

Great friendly service combined with authentic Lebanese dishes (excellent starters and traditional dishes) and drinks (Chateau Musar is excellent). Food was prepared perfectly, but there a reasonable wait for it on Saturday evening. Ambiance could be a little more cosy, but the warmth of the welcome from the staff made up for this.

This was more like a Lebanese cafe than a restaurant. The starters of halloumi and tabbouleh were fine. The pudding was baklava, which was very nice. But the main courses of sea bass /rice with an okra in tomato sauce were disappointing. The fish was over cooked. The mains lacked the subtle flavours and spicing I would would associate with Lebanese cuisine. The meat dishes seemed popular. The house wine was good.

Excellent service. Staff were friendly and always interested. We were treated to a local belly dancer after our meal. Would recommend.
