Great ambiance, food is delicious and Miguel our server was a delight! Highly recommend it!
Nobody told us that there will be no live music. Otherwise it was a great experience
Great Decor. Seemed to be hopping for our Sunday Brunch, but seemed Covid Safe.
Would definitely recommend for Sunday Brunch!
The food was great, although a bit overpriced in comparison to other places for what it was. Good bloody Mary’s. Would suggest seating down stairs as the ambiance is more enjoyable.
Great creative meals. Had the Eggs Shakshuka - nice change - right amount of spicy. Service was great - would definitely go back. Brought a cake and celebrated birthday - nice ambiance.
Great food and service! Would go back for a special occasion
Love beehive usually, but guys, you can’t seat people right next to the bright kitchen doors with staff streaming in and out. It killed the vibe and we had no desire to even enjoy a second drink.
We just arrived in Boston and wanted somewhere fir a late dinner. This was a great and unexpected find. The manager took care of us immediately and the live music was phenomenal. I wish we had gotten there earlier and could enjoy it more. The smash burger was great but the homemade chips were really great!
Great South End spot. Loads of energy and wonderful live music. Fine wines, cocktails, and oozing ambiance. Warm and inviting menu with great options for vegetarians and GF.
The food was entirely disappointing and way overpriced. Do not come here for the food.
Fun place for jazz brunch on the weekend. Food is ok, but not as great as it has been in the past. Not much personality from the server, or attention for that matter. Feels like it's slipping a bit - We've had great visits there in the past.
Strongly recommend Beehive. We had an incredible experience here, and the service was out of this world.
Cannot say enough about the staff, we had a reservation for a birthday and due traffic we were going to be late. They were flexible and were able to accommodate us even though we ended up being 30 mins late our reservations (Shoutout to Jenny the hostess who made this all possible). We were still able to celebrate the special occasion - and the drinks were out of this world!
Fun vibe, great music and good. Service great too.
The server was 100 percent wonderful! The food just okay. There was a kind of grunge to the place. The women checking in guests might need more experience? I’d go back just for a burger and music.
Beautiful location and building! Tasty drinks and food! Limited food selection.
Loved the outdoor seating option. The service was fast and the food was delicious. Appreciated the music playing.
Food and cocktail was good. Cute little place. I’ll be back!
Miguel was wonderful!!! Great service, very attentive!!!
Our reservation was apparently during brunch/dinner switch over. Asked to wait outside and then greeted by a rude server while waiting just for sitting down. Once inside there was no mention of menu or scan code and was then asked what we will have only to then learn it’s only available on the website. Ok. That is when we realized Easter menu was limited to time and we missed it. Unhappy with regular menu. Ordered an appetizer and left.
Love the Beehive. Food was excellent and different. Everyone loved what they ordered - and we all ordered different items. Will definitely go back!
I ordered the lamb. I received lamb flavored cardboard discs. very disappointed.
I would have sent it back to the kitchen but we were under a 90 minute time cap.
Had Easter brunch set menu. Good portion of food and it was tasty. Excellent service staffs!
I've been wanting to visit Beehive and we finally made it for Easter brunch. $60/pp for a 2-course very limited menu (no beverages included), and just as we were seated they ran out of the dish 2 people in my party wanted. We were disappointed; the food was nothing special, and servings were small. Even the coffee was disappointing. Waitstaff was friendly but rushed and slightly forgetful. The ambiance is lovely - warm and funky. Best part was the jazz trio, and the music was part of the reason we wanted to go. I might recommend this place for a drink with a friend but not to dine.
Delicious! Very spacious inside.
I love the Beehive's energy and vibe. Having live music back was wonderful and really creates a mood that is energetic, but not too loud to interact and enjoy the company you are with.
Only complaint was that for the amount of food at the Sunday Brunch for Easter, the price was a little high. However, I will cut some slack on this as I know that every restaurant took quite a hit during COVID. I just wish they didn't seem to want to make it up all in one day.
Overall, love, love, love The Beehive!!!
We had brunch on Easter Sunday- it was delicious !! We will definitely be returning !!
The food was wonderful! Everything was absolutely delicious and I couldn’t love the server Marcus more - he was friendly, attentive and went above and beyond.
When I made the reservation for Easter I didn’t realize it was $60 per person. I was told when I confirmed my reservation, and accepted the cost. I just would never spend $60 per person on brunch ever again
We had Easter brunch and it was so nice to get out and hear live music! The musicians were very good, the food was delicious and the service helpful, but not in our face. I highly recommend!
This is a great spot for food, music and a cocktail!
This wasn’t the best experience. I heard so much about Beehive but did not live up to the hype. The food was pretty bland and didn’t have many options and for that kind of price range I just expected more.
The service was wildly inattentive, I was at a full table and it took us 25 min after we finished and asked for the check to actually get it and many of our orders were given wrong, late or with missing items.
This place may have been great when there was live music but I think there definitely needs to be more effort put in when it comes to food, service and management.
Music (piped in, not live) was too loud. Asked for it to be turned down so we could talk without shouting. Never happened. Food was great. Service was great.
Sat outside for the first time with a group of 5. Food was fantastic. Could have a little better ambiance besides just the tables in the square area. Will definitely come back.
Had a wonderful time with my best friend. Delicious food and drinks. Will visit again.
Wished there was standard benedict on the menu, would have liked to be seated below and not in the bar
Live music was great. Food and drinks were spot on. Service was excellent. Low key environment with nice looking decor.
Awesome food great atmosphere
Great vibe! Food was good, not great. Menu somewhat limited. Awesome music. Cool people. Would definitely come back. Worth a try!
Amazing place! Food and drinks were perfect. Waiter was very knowledgeable on all food related questions and his suggestions were perfect!
Fabulous environment!
There was not a lot of food choices . They ran out of several items . The drinks were weak and over priced . The service was good . There was no live music
