   From the moment I entered the restaurant I was warmly greeted and assisted with checking in my coat. My party of 8 was not complete as of my reservation time, but no worries there is a lounge where you may comfortably sit, take selfies and wait for your guests to arrive. Love it!!! Once 2/3's of my group was present and after many picture taking we were shown our table. The room was warm and inviting. The wait staff was on point, introducing themselves and gave each of my guests attention to their needs. We started with a bottle service mimosas offered an array of nectars to choose from. Everything was 4🌟service 4🌟entrees We will be back. Thank you for a lovely brunch.

   I booked business meeting breakfast for my boss with a potential client. Neither of us had been there before. Pershing Square not available. He started complaining as soon as he got back to the office. Nice room. Food mediocre. Menu limited and seriously overpriced. Wait staff inept. Apparently they are not trained to handle diners that are not guests of the hotel. The time wasted to get the bill settled was Very embarrassing. So disappointed. He blamed me, of course.

   Stay away! The manager BROOKE is unprofessional and should be fired for how she treated us. Left a wallet at the table and instead of a call was told that they would not send it back to us. I said I could do a Fed Ex pick up. Brooke went through the wallet. The debit card had over $2000 charged to it. The cash and other items were taken. Had a pulse deal and didn’t realize it that everything was an up charge. Including oj for the mimosas - bread. Order cam out wrong yet nothing was credited. RUN !

   Wendy, Im so sorry you had such a terrible time with us on your Pulsd voucher. Bummer. If money is missing, I suggest reaching out to the authorities, just as we have done about all of your daughters false identifications. Im also shocked you had such a terrible interaction with Brooke, she merely handed back the wallet that your daughter left behind? Shes an asset, and certainly not deserving of such treatment. Please stop slandering her name. *Seems to be a false review*.

   Would definitely go again. Be mindful, they close very early for a restaurant in NYC.

   Every meal I have had here has been exceptional. So many unique tastes and different items. Love all of their salads. The lamb flatbread is always excellent too. Cheers, Greg

   Service spotty with a half empty restaurant at brunch. Food was great but came out less than 7 minutes after ordering. We wanted a leisurely brunch - which the bottomless is great but not when your food comes before you can finish 1 drink. If you go- have a few drinks before ordering.

    We went for Thanksgiving dinner - party of 8. The food and service were both fantastic. We were able to talk to each other easily (noise level was low), and the ambiance was very cozy. We will definitely come back again!
