Service was excellent and my food is was excellent. Wait time was cut down by open table which I highly appreciate because my schedule is always full. Overall very nice place and would recommend it.
Very diverse and delicious menu which makes me keep coming back. I always find a tough decision to pick from several items I really want. The Hamachi is always great and a filling plate. The crab and other salads are delicious and filling. Tootsies Breakfast sandwich is always in my head the night before so it is hard not to order, but the Mexican entrees are always very authentic and tasty. Burgers and other items are solidly tempting so I enjoy the diversity of offerings !
Got one of my favorite two tables against the side wall (thank you). Had a great business meeting - service was perfect - not intrusive, but attentive. Had the salmon bowl which was outstanding.
Had a great lunch, as always. Great food and service. Only complaint was the loud music playing at Noon. Even though the restaurant was not crowded yet, it was hard to talk over the music.
The folks were incredibly nice and the atmosphere is quite pleasant
However the taste of the two items my wife and I ordered fell a bit short
Perhaps we picked the wrong things: The brick chicken and the lobster
I still hold the place in high regard
We had a truly delicious meal this time. Previously, it had been good, but not an "A". But this time they hit their mark.
First time here. Had lunch at the bar. Service (from the bartender), food, ambiance were all top notch. Loved it.
Food is American and done nicely. It is now our "go to " restaurant when we don't know where to go
Ended up being four of us by the end of the afternoon and the staff couldn't have been more helpful and accomodating! We stayed for three hours and had fabulous service and a wonderful piece of salmon.
The hostess was not competent. Took awhile to find our reservation and sat us at a table forgetting that others of our group were already seated at another table.
This restaurant serves excellent food.
At dinner time Wednesday night my boy friend and I decided to go to Bedford and Burns. We ordered
The kale salad. It was absolutely delicious followed by
an excellent fettuccine pasta entree.
The service was excellent. Also the waiters did not hover
over us constantly clearing the table as happens too often in many other restaurants. They allowed us the
pleasure of leisurely dining.
Consistently good. Great variety on the menu from burgers and pasta to fish and steak.
I really like this spot. An American bistro with warmly, elegant decor. Food and Service always on target. Just a great, comfortable spot one can count on.
We love Bedford and Burns. The service is fantastic...the food even better. The menu has so many options that would appeal to everyone. The have a large choice of soups...try the purée of greens. Their fish is always fresh and their side dishes nicely prepared. It's truly the perfect restaurant!!
We are repeat customers because we really like the food and atmosphere. Can get a little noisy, but well worth it.
The food and service are outstanding. The location in the heart of the Beverly Hills shopping and Services center makes it ideal.
We dined there for lunch. It was very good. Service was excellent. I had the chicken pot pie. It was one of the best I have ever had
Excellent food, presentation...full of flavor, steak cooked just right. Ambiance is nice; we dined on New Years Eve and it was a little busy but not crazy. Second time here and the service was slow, again, very slow. Server forget certain things we asked for or didn't check in on our food or drinks enough; trust me, I'm not needy or picky. He had two other tables, that I could see, not big parties.
Excellent service, especially from our waitress Annie, and delicious food. Everyone loved the Chicken Meatball Pizza and all of their entrees. And this was on a busy NYE. Will return and recommend!
The food and service is fantastic.
We were disappointed-- the fish we ordered-- Chilean Sea Bass was REALLY oily-- cooked in way too much olive oil. And the trout had no real taste at all.
Expensive for mediocre food. Onion soup was excellent. But everything else average, not commensurate with the cost. Many better options for lunch in BH. Latte was horrible.
This was an evening of five people, two of whom didn't get along. Despite that, the food was great (even though one of them complained about everything), the service was great and those of us in a good mood had a wonderful time. Will eat here again.
We have enjoyed this restaurant many times. This was not one of them. We found our usual favorites to be not as good as usual. There was a group of people with loud, unruly children who's screaming and yelling ruined our evening. We hoped the management would try to quiet them, but apparently not.
James was our awesome waiter!!
Wonderful neighborhood restaurant. Great ambience as well as food and service. A little best kept secret.
There were 4 of us for dinner. One ordered a shrimp louie- the waiter responded that for just a little more she could have both shrimp and crab. The difference, as billed was 50%, which I don't consider a small difference. Forty-eight dollars is very expensive for a salad.
I ordered the steak frite. The first steak the waiter delivered was very tough. The manager asked if I would like to try another or something else. Unfortunately, I chose to have another steak. It too was tough.
Great location, beautiful restaurant, but food/service definitely leave something to be desired.
I am the organizer of a Lunch Meet-Up group, because we do not know each other we need separate checks and I always let the restaurant know this 10 days in advance when I reserve the table . We had been to this restaurant before and liked it, there was no problem with getting separate checks. This week the girl calls me on the morning of the lunch to tell me that the new "system" can not do more than 4 credit cards per table, I told her that it was late notice and that last time there was no problem so she told me that they would work it out some how. When we ordered our food I confirmed with the waiter that we needed separate checks, he was short and said it was not possible and I had been told so (not true) . This was disappointing so all I can say we will never be back there, their loss (usually we are 8-10 lunchers) as I think the restaurant business is a tricky one and if you can not accommodate a simple thing as separate checks (computers do the work don't they?) then why go back as there are MANY restaurants who love to have us.
Everything was wonderful from salad to dessert, exceptional wine.
Not only was the food great, but the atmosphere and service was amazing as well. Hightly recommend!
This is a great restaurant for a good meal -- from the salads, to the entrees, and then dessert.
At the late, late hour for an early dinner we were able to have a normal conversation without the difficulty of talking over the din.
Always enjoy coming here.
This restaurant is the still somewhat hidden gem of Beverly Hills. Great fresh and mostly organic food, great atmosphere, and one of the great waitpersons in town (Annie). Highly recommended for people who love a restaurant that does everything right - no drama, no theatrics. Quality is what this place is about - and it's a jewel.
we discovered it recently, and were most pleased at for us was a new find.Excellent service, great menu,an overall positive experience...Definitely going back !
Always love dining at Bedford and Burns - food, ambiance and feels great to walk in and be recognized. Anne is a great server.
I always have outstanding service and I love when we get one of the coveted outside tables. They definitely feel more intimate and conversation is easier outside than in. The salads were a little bland this time - I love the quinoa salad, but I felt like ingredients were missing and thought that $24 was a rather steep price. I will go back to some of my old favorites (burger, chopped salad) for my next visit.
Service was great, staff was very attentive. Food was delicious. The place is very energetic during the lunch hour when I went. If you want to have more quiet to talk I suggest eating outside.
The food and service are always good. Everyone is always pleasant.
Always consistently good food and diverse menu. Salads are all very good, the Hamachi yellowtail is sensational, and the breakfast sandwich is hard not to keep ordering as it is filling and original. Great and interesting menu keeps me coming back to this establishment.
Great gazpacho - spicy
The lobster bisque was tasteless and bland, and my salmon was really dry and overcooked. My vegetarian friend had few options to choose from (except a pasta and the vegetable sides). Not worth it.
