Our first visit but not our last. Excellent customer service and the meal was delicious. Our waitress checked on us numerous times, the raw bar chef came to our table to talk about the oyster choice and the manager checked to make sure all was good. They sent an incredible brownie desert gratis for our anniversary. Could not ask for a better experience!

We reserved through open table and we’re still seated at the high bar (even though no one was seated at booths or tables that were open the whole time we were there). What’s the point of a reservation? I can find a seat at the bar by walking in randomly. And it was a birthday dinner as well.

Seating at the booth in the middle of the front room was a great location. However, the seats are hard wood. There is no cushioning. Food was good and reasonably priced.

We were sat at the oyster bar, which I thought at first was odd for reservations. But then I realized it was the best seat in the house! Watching them shuck oysters was fun. The staff are very attentive and friendly. All the food was amazing.

The food is always good but tonight the noise level was heightened. I think it was just in our area but hard to have a conversation at the table with our group when table nearby was over the top loud!

Scottish salmon and sides very good. Blackened grouper amazing. Since our favorite appetizers are infrequently available(shrimp or okra) could they provide an option for bread service? Not everyone loves oysters!

The place was packed so the noise level was high but the staff, Kim, Sara and Kayla were very helpful. We both enjoyed the Mussels which had a delicious Saffron taste. Husband enjoyed Lobster soup while I enjoyed wonderful fresh oysters. We will return!

This was my third time visiting Becks and it was wonderful as always. The atmosphere is very nice and the food was tasty. The customer service is second to none every time we eat here. Highly recommended!

The three of us were thrilled we could get a table on a Thursday nite! Our service was excellent and our dinners were really good. All 3 of us ordered different meals and each one was outstanding! I ordered ribs and 2 others ordered fish entrees. They were all so delicious! We will be back!

Always enjoy a dinner at Becks Last night was a disappointed due to the server who we had to ask for drinks, and condiments multiple times. Yes Becks is always busy and noisy. Food is always top notch I will speak with a manager if I experience poor service again.

We have been there several times before., This time was very disappointing. Bar was enjoyable. I requested the front dining room never dreaming we would end up next to the front door with Sun beaming down on us & in our eyes. Our server was obviously inexperienced & we were told she also was helping prepare desserts , so service was slow. Not what I expected from Becks

Definitely going back for the oysters and the ambience, overall excellent experience, our waitress was awesome. Augusta finally has a one more good local restaurant. But it would be visited once a month due to being on pricey side.

Mary is a great server. Everything was wonderful except the flounder casserole had more cayenne than usual(hot) Wish they’d have the shrimp appetizer back on the menu!

It gets loud as the evening progresses. Not for the hearing impaired after 6:30. Great food & service. Decent value. Hidden gem. The blacked grouper is amazing!
