The food was delicious as ever! The only thing that would have enhanced our meal was the reduction in the noise level, as we strained to hear one another at our table of four. The service was attentive and friendly. We miss the bread sticks. The shared desserts for two were perfect!

We had the special with the three pastas and Caesar salad. The Caesar salad was really good and the croutons were amazing. The table bread was delicious. We asked for olive oil and parmesan, cheese to go with it because we didn’t care for the bean dip. I love two of the pastas. The gnudi had an interesting texture that was hard to call pasta. The spicy at the shrimp pasta was really good. It’s the only one my husband liked (bc he’s picky), so be careful when ordering the three pasta dinner because you may not like them all. The best was the rigatoni with broccoli and olive oil and garlic. The Al dente pasta was so yummy and chewy.

This is the fourth time we have eaten at Becco in the last year. Each time the food and service have been superb. Downstairs is noisy and crowded but we have enjoyed conversing with diners at adjacent tables there. This time we sat upstairs where it is relatively quiet and the ambience is more soothing. It is in the theater district and is great for before or after the theater.

Enjoyable experience. The staff was full on efficiency getting us out to our show on time. They even kindly sat us a little early. I got the chicken parm and it was huge. I could not finish it. Would have been nice to have a small side pasta instead of having to buy the 3 pasta special. None of the pastas were meat based. One was seafood with crab and lobster. I have a seafood allergy so I had to pass on the 3 pasta deal. One friend had it and enjoyed it. One had the special lasagna - also huge. He left half behind. It was a very nice experience in NYC.

The restaurant was hopping on a Wednesday night, with servers keeping a great pace to ensure everyone was well served. The special with three separate pastas my husband ordered was very good, but I have had better lemon chicken. If you like olives, it would have been great but I could barely taste the lemons. To be fair, the manager checked on us and I didn’t mention anything so not sure what would have been done.

This is a must stop for a meal when we are in NYC! The pasta is always fresh and we always do the trio! Great value and always amazing!
