    This was a special occasion. This is the 5th or 6th time we've been to Becca. We are local. The food usually tastes good, but the service is consistently terrible. They were very nice but never around. Always, always, always looking for our waiter. Every single time we've dined here...searching for our waitress or waiter...every. single. time! The food takes WAY to long. We were there well over an hour before we got our appetizers (which for 6 people only 1 person had a hot appetizer.) When we finally got our entrees, i was warned my plate was hot, yet my food was not. My friends was cold and my husbands was steaming hot. Consistently inconsistent. The kitchen and wait staff management needs an overhaul. I want to love Becca because its beautiful ambiance in the Cavalier, but I'm done.

    The food itself was actually very good — which makes it all the more disappointing that I’ve truly never experienced service this horrendous in my life. I brought guests with me, hoping to enjoy a nice evening, and instead felt embarrassed by the level of rudeness and disregard from our server. When I politely mentioned an issue, things somehow got even worse — the attitude was outright hostile, and we were essentially ignored for the rest of the meal. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was appalling. No matter how good the kitchen is, no one should have to endure that kind of treatment — it ruined the evening. I will absolutely not be returning.

    The only drawback in a wonderful lunchtime with friends was the VERY annoying fly (flies) that kept bothering us during the entire meal. Other than that--great time!

    appetizers were good but entrees were poor. crabcakes were forgettable and the rockfish was soggy and tasteless.

    We had a lovely evening for our anniversary. Great food and lovely atmosphere. Great service and very appreciative of the complimentary champagne.

    Went there for Sunday brunch with family and friends and definitely enjoyed the ambiance, service, and food. We all agreed that we needed to return to try the dinner menu.

    Our service was very nice and made sure to let us know that they were short staffed and the kitchen was behind, but that shouldn’t be the case on a Sunday. Food was disappointing. The cinnamon roll, which is usually outstanding, was very dry. My dad ordered a burger, medium, and it was quite rare and pretty gross looking. They were out of biscuits, so this limited the menu. Overall, it was disappointing. We’re often disappointed in service, but the food is good. Both were disappointing today. Our server however, was not to blame. Do better!
