   First time here and such a wonderful experience. The cocktails were outstanding and the food was amazing. Our table ordered 7 different plates and not a bad bite from any of them. Do yourself a favor and visit when you’re in Vegas.

   From the appetizers to the dessert, everything was fantastic. It is hard to pick a favorite dish because it was all delicious. Great service as well! We will be back.

   Everyone here was alert, smiling & welcoming. Everyone we passed said hi & bye with a smile. Our server was fantastic & attentive. Definitely a big difference between Caesar’s staff training & MGM it seems. Dining rooms were beautiful & unique. Loved the truffle Mac & tuna wonton tacos. Scallop panzanella dish was not our favorite - many more good options. Thai shrimp & signature tomato soup & grilled cheese dumplings did not disappoint.

   Took my daughter here for a special occasion as she just graduated college. We enjoyed ourselves very much! Every sharable dish was absolutely amazing! Beauty & Essex is not just a great meal, it is an incredible experience!

   Made reservations for 5pm. When I tried to arrive a bit early (as a courtesy, we found the door locked and the person working the "pawn shop" counter looked up from his phone and gestured 5pm. Why would reservations be offered for a time just at their opening if they aren't going to even pretend to want to seat you? The menu is pretty limited unless you want raw options. The service was very attentive at first. watched staff standing around chatting in a group of 4 people (2 bussers and 2 food runners? Also watched a lot of silverware cleaning during dinner service). Once they found out we don't drink, (meaning our ticket total wouldn't be above $300 for bigger tipping) they lost interest in us. Our entrees came out 45 minutes after our appetizer was cleared. The filet and wellington were cooked as requested and were tasty. However, we ate at STK 6 weeks prior and spent the same amount for more food, had more options, and better service.

   Great location in Cosmopolitan. Tucked away and you wouldn’t know about it unless someone told you about the restaurant. Luckily we did have friends that recommended which is how we found it. Food is served family style or shareable plates. We had the Tomato Soup Grilled Cheese apps that lived up the hype. They were so good! Came in 6 spoons which we split 3 each. Delicious! Next was the Mexican Corn Raviolis. Fantastic! Split those as well, 4-5 each. Main course was Beef Wellington and side of roasted Brussels sprouts. It was a good thing we were sharing because it was a lot of food. I liked the Brussels sprouts the least of everything but they were still good. Finally finished with the Peanut Butter Chocolate Cake. To Die for! Had a cup of coffee with it and I could not have been more satisfied! We brought home 1/2 the cake and had it for breakfast. All in all it was a fantastic meal!

    It was a fabulous night and always recommend coming here when celebrating a special occasion especially with a group! Vibe is energetic, service is on point and food is delicious
