   As locals ww really don't expect much from restaurants on the Strip other than a large bill. B&E was different in the level of service provided by Jeffrey and Stevie. If most restaurants could imitate this level of service/quality qe would venture out more.

   The restaurant is beautiful and the food excellent. Be aware it is extremely dark (had to use the flashlight on my phone to read the menu) and very, very loud. It seems to favor larger groups as opposed to tables for 2, as it’s almost impossible to have a conversation-but that is sort of the vibe you expect in Vegas. They list a dress code but I did not see anyone turned away so not sure how much it is enforced. We were able to order the Greatest Hits menu. It’s on their website but not offered on the restaurant menu, and our waitress thought it was only on weekends (no mention of that on website and we were there on Friday night). This is a great option with most dishes seeming to be the same size as if ordered individually or just slightly smaller. Could definitely be split between 2 people. Sweet corn ravioli was an amazing dish-highly recommend!

   Great experience! Every dish was amazing! Our waiter Jeffrey was so enthused and made the night even more special! Definitely a place to check out if you ever find yourself on the strip

   Awesome service. Food was excellent and worth the price. Didn’t put 5 stars for value simply due to it being expensive, and the inability to give it 4.5. Had beef Wellington, empanadas and two desserts. All was fantastic.

   Beauty and Essex is always my favorite place to eat in Vegas. The food is amazing and the ambiance is perfect. I wish I could eat the tomato soup/grilled cheese every day!! Our service was excellent!!

   Waited 30min to be served. When someone finally came we mentioned the delay and was told “it’s okay.” Sorry that’s not okay. Actual server came and apologized. We were given two comp’d apps but we made reservations for a reason… to not have a delay. Really disappointed.
