Beauty & Essex- Las Vegas
Various rooms for lounging, dining, and discovery unfold across 10,000 square feet, inspired by the Lower East Side's original town-house location. Each room has its own unique elements that celebrate timeless jewelry designs and upscale jewelry stores.
The cuisine is multi-ethnic in inspiration, casually elegant, and designed for sharing at the table among friends and family. Chef Chris Santos' eclectic menu is rooted in a bold bistro direction focusing on the reinvention of modern family style dining that is both whimsical and sophisticated.

Everything was great!
Amazing food! Great service!!! Drink menu was on point and the ambiance was very enjoyable!
Amazing food and fun atmosphere...
Would highly recommend!
They handled my shellfish/seafood allergy beautiful. We had an amazing server and it was just an overall great experience. Get the woodsman drink - so good!!
Amazing food and drinks!!
One of the most horrible dining experiences here. Extremely loud and dark. Food ok and creative. Overpriced as usual for a strip location but that is expected, servers nice. Had out of town visitors and were very embarrassed and disappointed in the restaurant. Never return or recommend.
Went for drinks only a year ago w/friends...looked like a great place to dine. Got resis for wife and I two days ago and were sat in a great corner booth.
Drinks were amazing (I had the delorean, wife had the beauty elixir). We shared 4 dishes - empanadas, meatballs, yellowtail sashimi and tomato app; and took the carrot cake back to the room. The empanadas we would NOT get again but 4 out of 5 is pretty good.
Ambiance is hard to beat.
Group of 6, we shared everything. Each dish was outstanding, this place never disappoints!
Great food & service.
Incredible meal. We took out team here for dinner and they weee blown away. It was an incredible experience.
We visited on Monday, March 18th at 9 pm - loved the ambiance, food, wine and decor of this stunning restaurant. However, our experience was tainted when we realized in the morning that the waiter had taken our full cash dinner payment as his own tip, and charged the entire amount of the bill to one of my friends credit cards, who clearly requested for him to charge only her $65 portion of the bill to her credit card. The management staff have not called us back. Suggest new guests be very careful when paying for dinner, and signing the bill. We are still hoping the managers will rectify this very soon... not pleased.
I very much enjoyed beauty and essex. From the start going through a pawn shop to get to the hostess stand. To the service and the incredible food. The only thing I would say is the music was a touch loud for me but that is only because I have sensitive ears. But not nearly enough to keep us from coming back. Truly a very enjoyable experience.
Amazing experience dining here before going to Opium. Food was amazing!!!! Everything we had was delicious. Loved the decor too.
Lackluster service and while the menu is a great concept, it is not executed well. Lots of bland flavors and room temperature food that arrives too quickly; I understand food prep (I do) but one has to wonder if it’s zapped for 30 seconds, then sent out. Interior is gorgeous.
Wonderful sharable plates. Our server was awesome, she recommended her favorite menu items and got us out of our comfort zone food wise.
Dinner was wonderful. Cool atmosphere!
Absolutely love this place. Fun, fun, fun! AND the food was fantastic. Will be back.
Overall, the spot is hip and located in one of the best hotels on the strip. However, we were not overly impressed and felt that the designers wanted to cram as many seats in the two main dining areas. The bar scene and seating were decent and had a good vibe. The server was friendly enough, but when ordering a glass of wine from the menu, he came back to say they were out. Kinda odd that they would be out of a single glass of wine from the list and the server was not able to preemptively notify us.
The food was small, tapas style. Which we are not opposed to....However, each dish was heavy on the stomach and very ho-hum on taste. After 2 orders, we left....we will not be going back.
This place is a must when visiting Vegas!!!!
Experience was great. Only wish you had more sides to choose from when you are eating a steak.
The tomahawk ribeye was awesome.
Beautiful restaurant and great, attentive service. Fantastic cocktails and small plates. Definitely on the pricier side but perfect for a special occasion.
Celebrating a bachelorette. The food and service was great!
Fabulous food and ambiance.
Food was outstanding
a little loud and took a while, had multiple servers “taking care” of our table for two and still slow - except them refilling you sparkling water every time either of us took a sip, which drives me crazy. But the food more than made up for it....simply delicious and ask for recommendations. they didn’t steer us wrong there
Great ambiance if you don't like the typical Vegas vibe. Great drinks and menu items. Highly recommend the Green with Envy drink. A delight to the nose and palette. Waitress was great and very accommodating to our every need (store business bags, add a last minute guests).
Went to Beauty & Essex-Las Vegas for a family get together on Friday, 3/15 and I was pleasantly surprised since I had been to the one in NY many years ago and found it to be only ‘so-so’.
The one in Las Vegas is amazing! The interior is about the same but the food is incredible. The pork bao, empanada, and Korean fried chicken appetizers and the sirloin, pork chop, and clávatelo entrees were all delicious! The kale and apple salad was also amazing!
One caveat..it’s very loud on the Friday night we went due to the DJ and it being a Friday night.
I highly recommend Beauty & Essex to be added to your LV dining list!
It was a wonderful evening. The waitress was amazing explaining how the shared plate menu works. The food was some of the best I’ve ever hand. Overall a phenomenal experience. I can not wait to return
Inventive cuisine in a charmed and whimsical atmosphere
From start to finish, it was a true experience! The ambiance is stunning. The wait staff was very knowledgeable about all the items on the menu as well as extremely efficient. We literally loved every single thing we ordered. Our only regret was having to leave to catch a show before we could order the carrot cake. I would highly recommend this place be TOP dining priority while in Vegas. We made early reservations to be able to catch our show, so it was very quiet and romantic. That being said, we saw a DJ booth, so I assume it gets loud and as the evening progresses, a little more club-like, which would have been fine for us, as well. We will definitely make this our number 1 place to dine next time in Vegas!
This is my 3rd visit in the last 30 days. This is a great place to go for work or date. A light meal with a variety of food that's great for foodies looking to experience a variety of dishes in one sitting.
Food was overall delicious with beautiful presentation. No one was a fan of the corn ravioli but all over plates were great.
Felt like I was in a fast food restaurant. Appetizers came within 5 minutes of ordering and all the food came at the same time, despite being assured to the contrary. Wait staff was condescending and superficial.
Great options for Tapas style restaurant. Great flavors
Food was exceptional. Price was high, but standard for major Strip hotels. Service was a bit lacking.
The atmosphere was amazing. Pawn shop entrance with speakeasy in the back! Our waitress was wonderful. Made great recommendations and was spot on. The theme is shareable plates, but this is one of the few places that actually serves healthy portions. Service was good even though restaurant was crowed. 1st time eating in Vegas. Can’t wait to try closer to home in NYC. Best dinner we had all week. Thank u!
Exciting vibe, cool but sophisticated atmosphere with amazing & creative cuisine. Feast for pallet and the eyes.
Food was very good. The noise was high probably due to large tables.
Went to celebrate a couple birthdays. The food was amazing, as well as the service. I would definitely come back again. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because they packed so many people in there I couldn’t even get out of the back dining area to use the restroom without cutting through the servers’ hallway in the back. The group that sat next to us literally had the backs of their chairs touching the back of ours so it felt really cramped.
We ordered a bunch of food and my favorite was the sirloin steak, lamb and Mexican corn ravioli. They brought out our desserts with a happy birthday written in chocolate on the plate. What could have made the experience better would have been maybe a complimentary dessert for those celebrating a birthday. With all the money that place makes, some ice cream or piece of cake on the house wouldn’t hurt.
Regardless, our party decided we would definitely return.
