Various rooms for lounging, dining, and discovery unfold across 10,000 square feet, inspired by the Lower East Side's original town-house location. Each room has its own unique elements that celebrate timeless jewelry designs and upscale jewelry stores.
The cuisine is multi-ethnic in inspiration, casually elegant, and designed for sharing at the table among friends and family. Chef Chris Santos' eclectic menu is rooted in a bold bistro direction focusing on the reinvention of modern family style dining that is both whimsical and sophisticated.

Food was good to excellent. The octopus tacos disappointed but everything else was spot on. Service efficient and friendly. Room looked cool but inviting.
Wow! What a place! Definitely costs a few $, but well worth every cent. The tapas sharing style of the menu is so good! Allows you to experience so many different flavours, with each dish becoming our new “favourite “! Gotta check it out!
40th Birthday party. We were welcomed right at 5 with open arms and had a great experience. Server was very knowledgeable and had great suggestions based on our reactions. Great meal, great drinks, will go back again for sure.
Fun restaurant with small plate sharing items. Everything we tried was delicious. My only complaint is that the food came out too quickly. It would have been nicer to have the meal paced more slowly. Dinner for 2 was about $150 and we were finished in 35 minutes. I would have liked to spend more time.
Really good food and cool setup. The entrance had a good "wow" factor that added to the experience.
Would highly recommend!
I absolutely love beauty the food is innovative and absolutely delicious. Their wine menu is diverse and their specialty cocktails are unique. We had the Thai Shrimp, the grilled cheese, wonton tuna tacos, yellowtail sashimi and scallops. I have been here several times for din we parties, dates and this week was a business dinner. The service is only matched by the ambiance.
Always a pleasure - doesn't have the cool factor of the real one on run-down Essex St in NYC, but still amazing food and a great hotel.
Loved the vibe. Food was exquisite. A little rushed but loved it all the same. My new favorite place to dine.
Very impressed by this place. A unique way of entering a restaurant and a very dark but not too dark interior. Service was exceptional with clear explanations of the menu and how everything works. Enjoyed 5 different dishes between 2 and all were amazing. A real experience.
We were a group of 8 people and from the very start the experience was fantastic. The waitress was extremely helpful and guided us through the menu to ensure we ordered a few of their house specials.
Food was great, we couldn’t fault it.
Restaurant environment was also great, nicer than their NYC restaurant, more intimate.
love beauty & essex! recently moved back from NYC and wanted to see if the other locations lived up to the expectations and it totally did! they got all the details right, including the free champagne lounge and pawn shop storefront. favorite dishes were: the 10 oz. filet mignon steak, tuna poke wonton tacos, and bone marrow.
Absolutely delicious! I highly recommend the Mexican Street Corn ravioli and the Avocado, Lemon and Espelette toast.
Great shared plates. Didn't love any of the drinks I had so I'd recommend just ordering classic cocktails instead of their speciality cocktails. But overall, beautiful restaurant and staff.
Had a great experience here. Amazing food and service. Nothing I could fault. We were celebrating my fiancé’s 30th birthday and they made sure it felt special which was lovely! Great decor too
First and foremost, Candace, our server, was phenomenal. The food was as well! Keep up the great work! We traveled from Chicago and your restaurant was recommended by a friend and, believe me, we will be back! Thank you!
Great service, food was delicious. Awesome ambiance as we entered the restaurant through an unmarked door in the rear of a “pawn shop” directly into the “speakeasy”. Love the concept. Food and service lived up to the hype! Very good.
I'm usualy not very difficult but the food was just not good. The ambiance is great, cocktail and wine are great.
Wonderful experience and delicious food. Music was on point!
Great vibe! Food was outstanding! We will definitely go back.
Amazing atmosphere and great vibe.
The food was poor, it was undercooked and not worth the price, a bit too loud and far too dark to see anything, the staff and service were brilliant though.
Definitely a favourite restaurant. Food and service are impeccable.
I did not care for it. Food a bit Rich for me it is more of a place for millennials.
My favorite restaurant anywhere! We visit every time we are in Vegas, which says a lot since we love to try new restaurants. Tried and loved every item on the seasonal menu, and had a few of our favorites as well. Staff was wonderful and got us out in time for our show even though we were late for our reservation. Great experience, and can't wait to go back!
Food was mixed bag. Artichoke flatbread overly complicated. Cauliflower too pickled.
Ordered the lamb chops. They were outstanding. Might of been the best lamp chops I have ever had. My wife and I order lamp all the time when we go out and for something to surprise us in a good way is pretty amazing.
What a fantastic experience! Ordered the kale salad and the chicken for dinner. Normally I avoid chicken at restaurants because it is such a simple protein and make at home regularity but wow - this was the best chicken breast I have ever eaten. Ambiance is so cool and they have very helpful staff. Highly recommend! I will be back!
Great place to go for celebrations. The small plates were great to share for two people. Our favorite was the chicken meatballs and the Korean fried chicken. They gave us birthday cake pops on a decorated plate for birthday. Ambiance was awesome!
Food was good. Waitress worked very hard to turn our table over. We felt rushed and hurried. Will not be back.
My twin sister and I had dinner here before a show in Vegas. It was so lovely! The waiter suggested we order 4-6 plates to share but we weren't super hungry so we ordered 3 and weren't able to finish them. We had the tomato soup bites, mac and cheese, and chicken meatballs. It was all so, truly, so good. Also, I had put into our open table reservation that we were celebrating our 35th birthday. So after we ate and were full, we didn't want dessert--but the waiters brought us both out cake pops and birthday candles! It was so sweet and a lovely surprise. PS. the cocktail menu is fabulous as well. We really enjoyed our stay at The Cosmopolitan and Beauty and Essex was no exception! Thanks for a wonderful evening!
From the decor to the desert, everything was superb! We ordered 4 shareable plates and 1 main dish (to share) and it was awesome. Try the bone marrow toast and be sure to take a bourbon shot via the bone afterwards. Yes, you read that right! Our server suggested it and it was a lot of fun! A little messy but a cool and delectable experience.
Wow! Seriously, WOW! We have been to lost of Las Vegas restaurants both on and off the strip and this one has made it to the top of our list. So incredibly great. The food, the atmosphere, just sooooo good. Do yourself a favor and try it out.
Wonderful meal, great service, awesome atmosphere!
The food here is served tapas style for the most part.
We started with Caesar toast, which is a salad on a giant crouton. It was very good with the right amount of sauce, and the toast was toasted enough to hold together but soft enough to cut without shattering the toast.
The Blistered Shishito Peppers were very tasty. These might have been my favorite from the meal. Slightly spicy but with a well rounded flavor, these were a hit for the table. The Broccolini was very flavorful and was similar to a teriyaki flavor.
The Chili Dusted Scallops were ok, but for only three regular sized scallops and not much flavor, they are extremely overpriced at $30+. In addition, the sear was not great on them even though they were cooked properly inside. The Mexican Street Corn Ravioli was incredible. The taste of the corn mixed well with the roasted poblano sauce and jalapeños. This dish wasn’t very spicy for those that like mild spice. The House-made Cavatelli is made with a spicy Italian sausage that, again, isn’t too spicy for a more delicate palette.
The dessert we chose was the Carnival Peanut Butter-Pretzel Sundae. This dish will make you want to take pictures. It is quite impressive. Don’t order it by yourself unless you plan on throwing most of it away. The ice cream is so rich and peanut buttery that you won’t be able to finish. Three of us were not able to eat half. It was delicious. The only negative is that it needs more pretzels in the dish instead of attached to the bowl.
Overall, great service in a boisterous environment with excellent food.
Loved it. People will get a kick out of the entrance.
We absolutely LOVED our meal at Beauty & Essex! The vibe and decor are stunning, the service is outstanding, the drinks are excellent and the food is exceptional. The staff knew we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, and they made us feel so special. The bone marrow “jewels on toast” dish is a MUST. Everything was perfect, start to finish!
The service was exceptional, but maybe just too exceptional as we were only there for less than an hour. But still one of my favorite places to eat on the strip!
Food was great and service was excellent. On the reservation I noted it was for my wife's birthday and several people made sure to wish her a happy birthday. They also brought her flourless chocolate cake balls after dinner. Food presentation was nice. We ordered the filet, short ribs (that night's special), and mac & cheese side and there were no leftovers. This, in addition to the cake balls, was enough for both of us to be full but not stuffed. We ordered two cocktails at the standard (absurd) $17 upscale strip price. They weren't amazing, but not bad either. The beauty and essex lounge usually has free champagne for ladies. It's just a small section of seating outside the entrance surrounding display cases.
Liked the ambience but tables very crammed in. Service medium minus. Appetizers great, 3 of the 4 main courses undercooked, over cooked and cold. Replacements of the food were good. Server tried to help but too busy to really help. A supervisor did come by our table asked how things were, but before we finished talking he had walked away. No sincerity or interest in what we said. So may that restuarant choices in LV, and this a friend recommendation.. disappointing !
