Beau's Grille is the award winning restaurant at the Hilton Akron/Fairlawn Hotel and Suites. For over 20 years, Chef Beau Schmidt and his staff have prepared each item with the freshest ingredients. With a menu of more than 18 appetizers, sit back, relax and enjoy an incredible meal in a comfortable, yet contemporary atmosphere.

The Beau's Grille Terrace is the place to be this summer. Open year round with comfortable seating, TVs, a fireplace, and overhead heating, it was voted best outdoor patio in the 2013 and 2014 Beacon's Best and the 2014 Akron Life Magazine Best of Akron awards.

It was a busy night and we sat in the bar. The service was excellent for how busy they were. The manager was helping to serve and really made the difference. Our regular server was covering another large table and between the two they made the night enjoyable. The manager was Hope and the server Dana.. Overall, the food was as usual very good. We had an enjoyable night.

Our waitress, Michele, was outstanding. She has 24 yrs of experience at Beau's! Our party of 4 enjoyed the ambience and the food as well as the service.

Our server was wonderful. We really enjoyed our meals. I was so disappointed that the restaurant was out of their beef carpaccio. It’s so delicious. The food is always very good.

The pan-fried walleye was more like deep-fried cod fish sticks, the accompanying grains were room temperature at best. The sushi-grade ahi tuna was overdone and difficult to cut. The server was fantastic and the manager was very accommodating with the check. Will not be back!

Great ambiance in the lounge…..service and LEMON DROP MARTINI WAS GREAT! I had scallops which were wonderful! We will go,there more often…great atmosphere!

Beau's never disappoints. Everyone in our party enjoyed their meal. It is on the short list when we are looking for a nice meal.
